FRCost increase and bad client support We went through you VIPCars, in order to get a fair price on our rental. Price advertised online: GBP 277.19 When we arrived at Enterprise Waverley Train Station, we were chattered on in English, and it's far from easy for a French person to understand what the staff were trying to do to us. Naturally, they urge us to buy an additional warranty: well done! But on VIPCars, we said we wanted to return the car to Edinburgh airport. But they didn't respect that on the contract, even though I'd mentioned it to the agent at the station... So we had to call them the day before the drop-off to make the correction, and we were charged more than GBP 50! What's more, we had to call 2 times because the 1st operator hung up on us first without giving us any satisfaction. But beyond all that, the real price of the car and the service is not respected at all. Finally, we actually paid GBP 431 with Enterprise. So we're very disappointed. We really feel like we're being taken advantage of, like cash cows at their mercy.

DKWorst car rental company Worst car rental company. Even with a confirmed reservation weeks in advance, the only message upon arrival to the rental counter in Paris, was that they did not have the car available, sorry for that. Such poor service seemed to be the norm, and the employees did not care one bit. Several others were given the same message. Stay as far away from Enterprise as possible.

GBTruck Sale Enterprise At the end of January I started looking for a box truck. I went to the Enterprise location in San Leandro,CA. No one else will help you except the remarketing manager. She quickly dismissed me by saying that she could not sell me a truck without commercial insurance. I didn't understand how you get insurance before the vehicle. My mother and I returned the next week. This time she was friendly and helpful. She offered different finance options. When told it would be cash, she offered to show me what was on the lot. The trucks were not what I was looking for, she promised to locate one for me. She didn't answer my calls or return them. Only after I called the office and complained, she would text. I found a truck in Los Angles and it was transported to San Leandro. I obtained insurance and took the truck on 2/28/24. On 4/24 I recieved a text saying, "We were unable to complete the initial transfer. We just need the VIN verification completed and a smog and weight test". My question is, why wasn't this done before delivering the truck to me? DMV has been waiting for this infomation for about a month and a half. My appointment to bring the truck back was 4/25 at 11am. At 10:30 am the mechanic called, asking me to come at noon. As I am driving, someone called saying that I was suppose to be in Fremont. While I am in the office trying to get this cleared up, the mechanic drives up. Is this any way to run a business? Does any body know what they are doing. Why is only ONE person able to sell trucks. I plan on writing a letter to the CEO about the shabby business practices of Enterprise. This is my last dealings with them.

GBThiefs!!!! Thiefs!!!!Felt robbed today when I checked my bank account, long story short, my car insurance sorted me courtesy car from enterprice company. Now I dont know to whom I can complain about the money I lost, but they say its my fault I havent read terms and conditions , and its actually them who never comunicate right with me as a customer its all about the money they tried to make. Renting bad quality cars, making us customers to cover expences they say they mentioned in terms and conditions. Never ever again I am gonna use their service, if I am gonna have to stay without car until mine sorted I better will. Now I lost money and nobody evwn care do I have enaugh for food and bills.
