Enterprise robbed my disabled husband Enterprise robbed my disabled husband, we called, made multiple claims, were waiting on a manager call, nothing has been done. We will be contacting a lawyer to further assist us. We have both been harassed, hung up, mocked, treated like nothing, robbed, lied to and lied about. This company is very evil.

Poor company shocking Had two vehicles since Friday both broken down. Poor quality of vehicle and then no vehicles at any branch locally(northwest) to swap me in to. Don’t waste your money if you have places to be

I would give no stars if I could I would give no stars if I could. I made my reservation online and even paid for the insurance but when I got there, I was told that my vehicle was not on a lot because they could not call to confirm my reservation. They told me I did not give my phone number which was not true. However, I ended up with a lower valued vehicle as a last resort which another customer Graciously let us have. And they wanted to charge us for the full amount. End of story I will never ever go to enterprise again and I called three times asked to speak to someone on the escalation team and surprisingly no one ever got back to me.

I never got my refund!!! The Office was closed at night when we came to the airport. We had to take an expensive taxi to our hotel. The day after I had to take a bus back to the airport. I was waiting for more than an hour to get my car. The car was not what I ordered and it was dirty both inside and outside. After returning the car, the guy at the desk promised us a refund. He also said that someone was going to call me the day after but it never happened. I have sent them a mail several times but they never get back to me.
