Reserved for a full size car Reserved for a full size car, they gave me a Nissan Kick (very small). Passenger seat forward and reverse adjust broken. Uncomfortable ride for two of my passengers. Reported to Enterprise when returned the rental, all they said was we will take a look at it. Also, They Charged me an extra day because I couldn’t get the rental back during their business hours because they closed on Saturday @ 1:00 pm. I brought the rental back @ 5:20 and they told me to drop the keys through a drop slot at the door. I’m just glad we didn’t break down, whoever their mechanic is might need to brush up on their A.S.E. Certification skills, if they even have one. There was water topped off in the radiator reservoir instead of radiator fluid. It could have evaporated and caused overheating and water alone causes rust in the system. And another thing, the oil was over filled, overfilled oil can cause excessive oil pressure and cause your oil to leak.

Truck Sale Enterprise At the end of January I started looking for a box truck. I went to the Enterprise location in San Leandro,CA. No one else will help you except the remarketing manager. She quickly dismissed me by saying that she could not sell me a truck without commercial insurance. I didn't understand how you get insurance before the vehicle. My mother and I returned the next week. This time she was friendly and helpful. She offered different finance options. When told it would be cash, she offered to show me what was on the lot. The trucks were not what I was looking for, she promised to locate one for me. She didn't answer my calls or return them. Only after I called the office and complained, she would text. I found a truck in Los Angles and it was transported to San Leandro. I obtained insurance and took the truck on 2/28/24. On 4/24 I recieved a text saying, "We were unable to complete the initial transfer. We just need the VIN verification completed and a smog and weight test". My question is, why wasn't this done before delivering the truck to me? DMV has been waiting for this infomation for about a month and a half. My appointment to bring the truck back was 4/25 at 11am. At 10:30 am the mechanic called, asking me to come at noon. As I am driving, someone called saying that I was suppose to be in Fremont. While I am in the office trying to get this cleared up, the mechanic drives up. Is this any way to run a business? Does any body know what they are doing. Why is only ONE person able to sell trucks. I plan on writing a letter to the CEO about the shabby business practices of Enterprise. This is my last dealings with them.

I was promised a ride home after… Enterprise Rent-A-Car 875 S Coast Hwy Oceanside, CA 92054 4-24-2024 I was promised a ride home after… I was promised a ride home after returning the car. I was told no one was available. I was told to hire a cab or uber at my expense. I should have been offered a ride home at Enterprise expense. I am 70 years old. I have bad knees and a bad hip. My only option was to walk home. Ann, the counter girl, told me that was too bad. When I left she sarcastically said "have a nice day". I was infuriated at this and walked back into the store so I could tell her to F-OFF !!! I walked home in pain. The car was returned in 100% perfect condition. I am now afraid this girl Ann will take revenge on me and apply additional charges for spite. zero stars or negative stars are too good. After reading more reviews of this company I am surprised they are still in business.

Avoid Enterprise Rentals, many more options Unfortunately this is one of the most unfriendly and unprofessional Enterprise locations I've ever seen. I needed a rental for a couple days for a minor fender bender.... I've used Enterprise exclusively because my past experience has been great with no hassle. Fast forward today, I was not able to rent a car. Long story short, my cc was compromised 2 days ago so I was using my wife's cc, same last name, same address but a problem... ok, so I'll use a debit, however not before having to provide several names , references etc.... so, forget it, I took an uber and I'll rent someplace else... ah... the good old days of service and common sense ha e long gone...
