One-way rental was perfect Needed a one-way rental car from California to Montana, requested an SUV. SUV was there waiting, no problem with vehicle at all. At the Fresno Airport Enterprise location they said if reserving car with debit card only, must have a return flight but when I explained I'm not flying back, I'm driving, the manager fixed it so I could get the vehicle. As always, very polite and helpful.

I would give no stars if I could I would give no stars if I could. I made my reservation online and even paid for the insurance but when I got there, I was told that my vehicle was not on a lot because they could not call to confirm my reservation. They told me I did not give my phone number which was not true. However, I ended up with a lower valued vehicle as a last resort which another customer Graciously let us have. And they wanted to charge us for the full amount. End of story I will never ever go to enterprise again and I called three times asked to speak to someone on the escalation team and surprisingly no one ever got back to me.

Waste of time dealing with him I requested a status match, which should be automatic as I have top-tier status in the major rental companies programs. I thought I would give them a try . It was a Total waste of time as they kept asking for more information even though I sent them the documentation needed. So I just didn’t bother even giving them a try. No wonder they are a third tier company.

Enterprise robbed my disabled husband Enterprise robbed my disabled husband, we called, made multiple claims, were waiting on a manager call, nothing has been done. We will be contacting a lawyer to further assist us. We have both been harassed, hung up, mocked, treated like nothing, robbed, lied to and lied about. This company is very evil.
