GBSTAY AWAY | SCAM BUSINESS On May 1, 2023 i reached out to the Morris in requesting a refund for the defective product. The product sent was defective when installing it in my vehicle. It’s a brake booster, which controls the entire vehicle braking system. If it’s defective, it will cause an accident. This is a huge matter for a company that sent a faulty item. The merchant responded and said they would need to reach out to the manufacturer to process this return. I was confused as to why they need to contact the manufacturer for a return that was bought directly from the Morris 4x4 website. As a customer, we have rights to return a defective product (stated in their return policy), and the process should be easily handled. However, their support and service was difficult. This has caused more time, money and energy as the vehicle is my daily driver and now it does not operate. I recommend to shop elsewhere, and save yourself the time in getting quality parts from a reliable source. I should have checked the reviews on the internet prior to purchasing such an expensive product that i still have not receive my refund for a defective product after shipping it back to them.

GBterrible customer service and returns Called for rear pinion yoke and the rep found the correct one. They shipped the wrong one (different #) so I sent it back. Weeks later I still get the same 2 to 4 business days till the next thing happens. They even said the return rules changed the day they received the item back. They keep piling the stuff. They are a 3rd party seller that has very poor customer service. I've been in this business over 50 years and they are in the bottom 1%. do not deal with this company!

GBDo not even think to spent any penny at… Do not even think to spent any penny at this scam company! Placed order back in February 2023, FedEx lost it and refused to accept my claim and insisted for sender to claim lost package cost. Been in communications since then and now can get any reply. Been promised to be refunded since April by Eden Del Rosario and Mae Ventura, and been ignore since early June. It's a $700 dollar order that i didn't received. its just been stolen from me. i van provide multiple evidences of communications and etc.. Lets get together and sue that scam!

CZWide range of Jeep parts, competent staff I give 5. I appreciate wide range of parts for the Jeep, quick response to orders and the ability to ship parts outside the US. In my case to Europe. Excellent. The delivered parts fit and meet the required parameters. Especially the Skyjaker hydro shock absorbers met my expectations. The shock absorbers are softer and more suitable for off road driving.

GB'F' rating from BBB Horrible company. Too much to list but basically, they have my $196 and I have nothing. I'll have to go through my credit card company and dispute the charge for a refund. Wish I had checked them out first. The Better Business Bureau rates them an F. Please don't repeat my mistake! Check them on BBB before buying anything from these crooks.
