GBpoor and uncaring customer service poor and uncaring customer service. ordered product on 11/08, called after ordering and told 2-3 day delay. no further contact. now on 11/28 tried to cancel order. they now claim it's with a 3rd party shipper and will be here tomorrow. I paid extra to be notified in advance. I was told my location, wasn't a problem when I ordered and paid all the extras for delivery. so they did not keep me updated, they were no where on time, after 4 people it was you'll be 'overcharged' on restocking fees because of their poor service. when you pay for their so called 'better' service, you would assume it at least acceptable service. I copied your 'standard pricing' and the 'extras pricing' big difference and the person I talked with stated days, not weeks.

GBHelpful when you made the purchase or … Helpful when you made the purchase or had any questions, but when it come it shipping the item it took them 3 weeks just to get it here especially since I paid for the lift on October 31st....I told them to hold off on shipping the lift til a week out. So that my husband would be able to clear out the garage. So my lift should of been put together and on hold for shipping. Instead I received a phone call saying a part to the lift was on back order. When it should have been prevented if they had put my lift on the side when I first ordered it on October 31st, so from my week hold to ship became 3 weeks to receive it.

GBone of the quick disconnect was… one of the quick disconnect was leaking,I called and they sent a replacement,also after raising the lift it would slowly start to come down on its own,I found a little piece of metal in the valve that was next to the let down button.I cleaned the valve out with air and it fixed the problem.Other than that I like the lift and it works well now.

GBCylinder Leak on first time use I bought a MaxJax lift, had it professionally installed by a local company recommended by Bendpak. The first time I used the lift started leaking. I had the installer check it out and he said it was a cylinder leak. Had a hassle getting a new cylinder. They informed me that I would have to pay for the cylinder installation They said that their warranty only covers replacement parts. Never recieved any warranty information at purchase or after. I ask if this lift was made in China, and the answer from a agent was "it probable was" Can you say Junk!
