Good Lift, Terrible Shipping The lift from MaxJax is great. We've already used it and the installation wasn't bad either. But the company they used for shipping, YCR Freight, was a terrible choice. It would have been faster, less stressful, and more convenient for me to drive to California (from Ohio) to pick it up myself. I had to have words with the company multiple times and ended up driving to pick the package up myself. Which was 20 minutes from the business it was supposed to be delivered to. And because of that, until they change the shipping company, no matter how bad I want something from MaxJax I will not be a returning customer.

Helpful when you made the purchase or … Helpful when you made the purchase or had any questions, but when it come it shipping the item it took them 3 weeks just to get it here especially since I paid for the lift on October 31st....I told them to hold off on shipping the lift til a week out. So that my husband would be able to clear out the garage. So my lift should of been put together and on hold for shipping. Instead I received a phone call saying a part to the lift was on back order. When it should have been prevented if they had put my lift on the side when I first ordered it on October 31st, so from my week hold to ship became 3 weeks to receive it.

the maxjax took a beating in transit the maxjax took a beating in transit, decals were all scratched along with the paint in some areas, no instructions in the box ?, had to google it to find them and then the assembly of the safety catches was not shown and had to just figure it out which is kind of dangerous ?, the lift works good and i was a mechanic for 25 years but for someone not familiar with automotive they are going to struggle a bit !

one of the quick disconnect was… one of the quick disconnect was leaking,I called and they sent a replacement,also after raising the lift it would slowly start to come down on its own,I found a little piece of metal in the valve that was next to the let down button.I cleaned the valve out with air and it fixed the problem.Other than that I like the lift and it works well now.

So far I have not had a good experience … So far I have not had a good experience with this company nor the actual product. When I placed the order over the phone 11/7/2017 it was not addressed that some of the items were on back order and that it would take an additional 3 weeks before the lift would ship. Once it finally shipped on 11/27/17, it was 2 days late from the original "date of arrival posted." When the items finally arrived not only were both of the columns damaged (scratched and dented) but the hydraulic power unit and reservoir were lost in transit. So far I am not impressed with this company nor the Shipping company that they offer. Once I am able to actually use the product I will let everyone know of what I think. As it stands, based upon my own experience I would say "Do Not waste your time on this mfg!"
