Looks elsewhere Overall: - Communication was poor - Lack of transparency is pricing made it difficult to know what I was being charged - Driver was nice and professional Customer service was abysmal. They are slow to respond to requests via email, and aren't able to give clear information via phone. When I was finally provided a quote, I was given no information on how to secure the reservation. After multiple attempts to contact the company, I finally received a response and was told the vehicle I received the quote for wasn't even available. After additional back and forth, I received a new quote for something they had in stock, but after confirming the details a few days later, was provided a different amount. I repeatedly asked for images of the vehicle I had secured and the contact information for the driver which was never provided. The driver was nice, so that was a positive, but the rest of the experience was bad.

Not responsive Tried to contact company to get a quote. They were not very responsive and when we finally Booked the bus they called to cancel. Very frustrating. Would not use again.

Incommunicative & Unprofessional Incommunicative I had submitted an online query regarding a minibus hire for a company event. I never heard back, so I called the customer service line. The representative just answered "Hello?" without identifying the company, so I wasn't even sure I had the right number. I told him we needed to get a quote. He had to look in their email trash to find the email that had been sent to me, which I never received initially, which provided the quote. This poor experience in just obtaining a quote does not make me feel very confident about using this service.

As a customer was a great experience As a customer was a great experience, form the email thru the experience driver we had .We had more them 20 guest transporting form the Hotel to teh venue and at did work as clock ..
