GBNot responsive Tried to contact company to get a quote. They were not very responsive and when we finally Booked the bus they called to cancel. Very frustrating. Would not use again.

GBThey were difficult to communicate with… They were difficult to communicate with and acted as though I was bothering them by asking for confirmation (which never came). They were also BY FAR the most expensive charter rental in the area. Keep looking and avoid Prompt charter

GBThe worst customer service and 1000$ Up charge I tried booking by calling, they told me to send an email in because it’s quicker. I sent 3 emails before calling back and then telling me the same thing. I then tell them I’ve sent many emails already with no reply. They find my name finally and give me a quote for 1600$. I tell them I’d like to move forward. The bill they send me says almost 2600$! Even though it’s about 1000$ more expensive than told, I bite the bullet anyways and send my payment info to them. This was 5-6 days ago mins you. I emailed them about 5 times since looking for some kind of confirmation or receipt to no reply once again. These are the laziest, least helpful people and I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your transportation needs. These people clearly can’t handle what little customer service is expected.

GBThe reservation department sucked.They… The reservation department sucked.They didn't get it right and in the end they charged my card more than it was quoted.I emailed them but no response. The driver was great. I would not recommend this company at all.

GBCommunication issues Communication issues - I thought the driver who showed up was amazing! He came with water bottles and was great for all attendees. However, the communication leading up to the event was lacking. I felt panicked in that I was the one constantly reaching out to get the drivers phone number, etc information. I was worried about the pick up location and tried to call and email to specify. The communication with the main office was lacking on these matters was non-existent. I had to call 7 times one day for an answer (which didn't happen until I called from another line). I was extremely disappointed in the lack of reply from any email I sent, in that I barely ever received a reply. Frustrating experience, EXCEPT for Frank who was a wonderful driver for us in Madison, WI. Thanks Frank!!
