Looks elsewhere Overall: - Communication was poor - Lack of transparency is pricing made it difficult to know what I was being charged - Driver was nice and professional Customer service was abysmal. They are slow to respond to requests via email, and aren't able to give clear information via phone. When I was finally provided a quote, I was given no information on how to secure the reservation. After multiple attempts to contact the company, I finally received a response and was told the vehicle I received the quote for wasn't even available. After additional back and forth, I received a new quote for something they had in stock, but after confirming the details a few days later, was provided a different amount. I repeatedly asked for images of the vehicle I had secured and the contact information for the driver which was never provided. The driver was nice, so that was a positive, but the rest of the experience was bad.

Not a great customer service experience I started off calling for a quote, in which I was quoted $890 over the phone. I asked if that included gratuity, and the representative said no. I asked if they could send the quote to my email address, and the rep said yes, but only if I send her the details in writing about my trip (even though I had just gone through everything over the phone). After that, I sent the email with trip details, then had to call back twice to receive the quote via email. I received it about 6 hours after I placed my original phone call. When I received the quote, it was about $400 more than what I was quoted over the phone - and the rep did not tell me that her over the phone didn't include fuel surcharges, additional driver gratuity, an admin fee, etc. I would appreciate when I call to get a quote over the phone that the FULL amount is disclosed. Because there is limited availability elsewhere, I have decided to move forward with the estimate. I have provided my credit card information, but have not received any confirmation or receipt for the transaction. It's been a poor experience so far.

Prompt Charters competitive on the surface but be attentive to details Prompt Charters provided generally reliable service and helped when they were not able to provide the promised mini-charter bus. The price originally quoted was very good, but then the final charges included an 18% gratuity and a 12% fuel charge which had not been disclosed prior to the contract being tendered. Since we were at a late date to our trip, we were a bit over a barrel. Also, the communication with them has been moderately frustrating because I have not been able to obtain a receipt for the final charges after several requests.

Never got a contract I could sign as… Never got a contract I could sign as the contract never reflected the terms I required. When asked where you located there was no response. Price continue d to increase daily. Planned tour was ultimately cancelled

Communication issues Communication issues - I thought the driver who showed up was amazing! He came with water bottles and was great for all attendees. However, the communication leading up to the event was lacking. I felt panicked in that I was the one constantly reaching out to get the drivers phone number, etc information. I was worried about the pick up location and tried to call and email to specify. The communication with the main office was lacking on these matters was non-existent. I had to call 7 times one day for an answer (which didn't happen until I called from another line). I was extremely disappointed in the lack of reply from any email I sent, in that I barely ever received a reply. Frustrating experience, EXCEPT for Frank who was a wonderful driver for us in Madison, WI. Thanks Frank!!
