They were difficult to communicate with… They were difficult to communicate with and acted as though I was bothering them by asking for confirmation (which never came). They were also BY FAR the most expensive charter rental in the area. Keep looking and avoid Prompt charter

Never got a contract I could sign as… Never got a contract I could sign as the contract never reflected the terms I required. When asked where you located there was no response. Price continue d to increase daily. Planned tour was ultimately cancelled

Initial quote then can't get a hold of anyone! I got the initial review but can't get a hold of anyone email or phone? I've emailed twice and called 3 times to the northern california line- It makes you nervous to book transportation for a wedding if you can never get a hold of anyone! It's like a ghost company. But somehow I keep getting auto emails to review the service! So here you go

The reservation department sucked.They… The reservation department sucked.They didn't get it right and in the end they charged my card more than it was quoted.I emailed them but no response. The driver was great. I would not recommend this company at all.
