GBA Failure on all levels Nobody that I talked to had even a basic understanding of English. They confused very simple common names and basic directions. Their first invoice listed an acceptable price but their second was absurdly overpriced. The reason for the second bill was because, they do not understand basic English. Once the bill arrived, they included over $1,300.00 worth of surprise charges and faulty math. Me and my company will never use this company again.

GBPrompt Charters competitive on the surface but be attentive to details Prompt Charters provided generally reliable service and helped when they were not able to provide the promised mini-charter bus. The price originally quoted was very good, but then the final charges included an 18% gratuity and a 12% fuel charge which had not been disclosed prior to the contract being tendered. Since we were at a late date to our trip, we were a bit over a barrel. Also, the communication with them has been moderately frustrating because I have not been able to obtain a receipt for the final charges after several requests.

GBNot a great customer service experience I started off calling for a quote, in which I was quoted $890 over the phone. I asked if that included gratuity, and the representative said no. I asked if they could send the quote to my email address, and the rep said yes, but only if I send her the details in writing about my trip (even though I had just gone through everything over the phone). After that, I sent the email with trip details, then had to call back twice to receive the quote via email. I received it about 6 hours after I placed my original phone call. When I received the quote, it was about $400 more than what I was quoted over the phone - and the rep did not tell me that her over the phone didn't include fuel surcharges, additional driver gratuity, an admin fee, etc. I would appreciate when I call to get a quote over the phone that the FULL amount is disclosed. Because there is limited availability elsewhere, I have decided to move forward with the estimate. I have provided my credit card information, but have not received any confirmation or receipt for the transaction. It's been a poor experience so far.

GBNot responsive Tried to contact company to get a quote. They were not very responsive and when we finally Booked the bus they called to cancel. Very frustrating. Would not use again.
