GBIncommunicative & Unprofessional Incommunicative I had submitted an online query regarding a minibus hire for a company event. I never heard back, so I called the customer service line. The representative just answered "Hello?" without identifying the company, so I wasn't even sure I had the right number. I told him we needed to get a quote. He had to look in their email trash to find the email that had been sent to me, which I never received initially, which provided the quote. This poor experience in just obtaining a quote does not make me feel very confident about using this service.

GBPrompt Charters competitive on the surface but be attentive to details Prompt Charters provided generally reliable service and helped when they were not able to provide the promised mini-charter bus. The price originally quoted was very good, but then the final charges included an 18% gratuity and a 12% fuel charge which had not been disclosed prior to the contract being tendered. Since we were at a late date to our trip, we were a bit over a barrel. Also, the communication with them has been moderately frustrating because I have not been able to obtain a receipt for the final charges after several requests.

GBNot responsive Tried to contact company to get a quote. They were not very responsive and when we finally Booked the bus they called to cancel. Very frustrating. Would not use again.

GBThe worst customer service and 1000$ Up charge I tried booking by calling, they told me to send an email in because it’s quicker. I sent 3 emails before calling back and then telling me the same thing. I then tell them I’ve sent many emails already with no reply. They find my name finally and give me a quote for 1600$. I tell them I’d like to move forward. The bill they send me says almost 2600$! Even though it’s about 1000$ more expensive than told, I bite the bullet anyways and send my payment info to them. This was 5-6 days ago mins you. I emailed them about 5 times since looking for some kind of confirmation or receipt to no reply once again. These are the laziest, least helpful people and I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your transportation needs. These people clearly can’t handle what little customer service is expected.

GBCan not get a straight answer out of… Can not get a straight answer out of them. Will not respond to emails. Finally gave up because no one would get back to me. Awful experience go any where else. Seriously. Anywhere.
