Cannot get them to give me a quote whether it be by website inquiry or phone call. No one will follow up. I submitted a request for a quote via their website, created a username and everything as required. Never heard an update or follow up. A week later I called the office to inquire over the phone, the attendant said she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I'm trying to spend thousands of dollars here and they just don't seem to want money.

As a customer was a great experience As a customer was a great experience, form the email thru the experience driver we had .We had more them 20 guest transporting form the Hotel to teh venue and at did work as clock .. Thanks Again Tom for the kinds and hosnety .. I would recommend and used again if i need ..

Prompt Charters competitive on the surface but be attentive to details Prompt Charters provided generally reliable service and helped when they were not able to provide the promised mini-charter bus. The price originally quoted was very good, but then the final charges included an 18% gratuity and a 12% fuel charge which had not been disclosed prior to the contract being tendered. Since we were at a late date to our trip, we were a bit over a barrel. Also, the communication with them has been moderately frustrating because I have not been able to obtain a receipt for the final charges after several requests.

Never got a contract I could sign as… Never got a contract I could sign as the contract never reflected the terms I required. When asked where you located there was no response. Price continue d to increase daily. Planned tour was ultimately cancelled

Looks elsewhere Overall: - Communication was poor - Lack of transparency is pricing made it difficult to know what I was being charged - Driver was nice and professional Customer service was abysmal. They are slow to respond to requests via email, and aren't able to give clear information via phone. When I was finally provided a quote, I was given no information on how to secure the reservation. After multiple attempts to contact the company, I finally received a response and was told the vehicle I received the quote for wasn't even available. After additional back and forth, I received a new quote for something they had in stock, but after confirming the details a few days later, was provided a different amount. I repeatedly asked for images of the vehicle I had secured and the contact information for the driver which was never provided. The driver was nice, so that was a positive, but the rest of the experience was bad.
