GBOrdered a part and found out I didn't… Ordered a part and found out I didn't need it, sent an email to the support email and got no response. Tried to contact the live chat function on the website and after awhile of sitting in a queue at the same time I finally got someone after my item shipped. The guy was completely unprofessional and didn't want to cancel the order at all. Now I have to wait until it gets here and request a return.

GBI ordered three parts was sent tracking… I ordered three parts was sent tracking for three parts after an entire month but only received 2 parts and now I can't get a response about what happened nor when my issue will be resolved or if it will be resolved at all . I made a big mistake dealing with these charlatans. I believe they are doing this purposefully to keep people's money

GBNot reputable I have placed two orders through this website (which is the same company as Tasca auto parts). My first order was slow to arrive but eventually arrived as ordered. My second order wasn't even shipped after 2.5 weeks. The company wouldn't respond to requests for information. I was refunded through PayPal dispute resolution.

GBMarvin The first thing I don’t like about this fender is you cannot call and talk with anyone had I known that I would’ve never ordered from them. next, it takes some days before you can get your refund back on returns and you must pay shipping on any returns. So my word is I will never buy from this company again. They need better customer service. Other than chat!

GBInfamous Back Order Email I ordered a part on-line a couple months ago and have been getting the infamous, biweekly e-mails that the part in still on back order with a fulfillment date of another 2 weeks. I asked for a refund, we’ll see how long it takes and if it quick, I’ll upgrade my review of them. While did not get the part I ordered because of part ordering, they did process my refund within just a few hours and I checked my credit card and the refund is there the same day. I'll give them credit for good customer service.
