Purchase At Own Risk - No Returns Part did not fit. They offer returns within a 30 day period, I tried to return the part within this time frame, but they have not responded. Customer service is nonresponsive. They go by getrepairparts.com and yourpartsteam.com.

3 weeks with no information, no parts, but they took my money just fine... 3 weeks with no information, no parts, all while they had my money in their hands. Only information ever received was after countless attempts to connect with online chat service (which would work 1 out of every 10 tries). Never proactive updates, only reactive after I got through the chat. All information given was always vague and useless. Was first told via email 1 week after order placed that one part was unavailable and they would have to adjust invoice and shipping. 2 weeks later still no adjustment or refund for that part/shipping. Once I was able to get through chat system, was told order was on hold but individual that could help me had left for the day. Then told they would have someone get back to me with further information. Very disappointing service. Not at all reliable.

OEMparts .com, very deceitful in advertizing! OEM is not a stocking parts supplier, they are a 3rd party vendor. I experienced 2 issues. 1st. they advertised a 4 pack of Motorcraft spark plugs for $8.88.Needed 2 packs (8). They sent 2 spark plugs amounting to $19.00. Requested return, which they authorized, but was almost impossible to do. 2ndly, I ordered an oil cooler and coolant manifold, which at time of order claimed "in Stock", not true! "Once contacted(6 days after initial order) they admitted they don't stock parts, we are a 3rd party supplier" took them 7 days to process order, four additional days to receive my parts. This company is borderline fraudulent. I will never use again, thanks for the lesson.

I ordered three parts was sent tracking… I ordered three parts was sent tracking for three parts after an entire month but only received 2 parts and now I can't get a response about what happened nor when my issue will be resolved or if it will be resolved at all . I made a big mistake dealing with these charlatans. I believe they are doing this purposefully to keep people's money

Infamous Back Order Email I ordered a part on-line a couple months ago and have been getting the infamous, biweekly e-mails that the part in still on back order with a fulfillment date of another 2 weeks. I asked for a refund, we’ll see how long it takes and if it quick, I’ll upgrade my review of them. While did not get the part I ordered because of part ordering, they did process my refund within just a few hours and I checked my credit card and the refund is there the same day. I'll give them credit for good customer service.
