OEMparts .com, very deceitful in advertizing! OEM is not a stocking parts supplier, they are a 3rd party vendor. I experienced 2 issues. 1st. they advertised a 4 pack of Motorcraft spark plugs for $8.88.Needed 2 packs (8). They sent 2 spark plugs amounting to $19.00. Requested return, which they authorized, but was almost impossible to do. 2ndly, I ordered an oil cooler and coolant manifold, which at time of order claimed "in Stock", not true! "Once contacted(6 days after initial order) they admitted they don't stock parts, we are a 3rd party supplier" took them 7 days to process order, four additional days to receive my parts. This company is borderline fraudulent. I will never use again, thanks for the lesson.

Marvin The first thing I don’t like about this fender is you cannot call and talk with anyone had I known that I would’ve never ordered from them. next, it takes some days before you can get your refund back on returns and you must pay shipping on any returns. So my word is I will never buy from this company again. They need better customer service. Other than chat!

This company is the worst. This company is the worst. They send me a broken intake for a 2011 crown vic Then I chat with someone who assured me I would get a email with information on a replacement part and I never received an email and now they won't answer any of my emails regarding this so I am stuck with a 500 dollar intake that is cracked and useless. They are horrible and I will be leaving reviews from all of my email addresses regarding this . Be warned Stay away from this company . You won't be able to contact customer service There's a reason they don't have a contact number

Worst customer service, late on everything. Bought an egr valve for a 6.7l powerstroke, told 2-4 days before shipping. 5 days later after not hearing anything I ordered another one from a local parts store. I emailed getoemparts to cancel my order, they told me it was already shipped and I would have to pay to send it back if I wanted to return it. Pathetic customer service.

3 weeks with no information, no parts, but they took my money just fine... 3 weeks with no information, no parts, all while they had my money in their hands. Only information ever received was after countless attempts to connect with online chat service (which would work 1 out of every 10 tries). Never proactive updates, only reactive after I got through the chat. All information given was always vague and useless. Was first told via email 1 week after order placed that one part was unavailable and they would have to adjust invoice and shipping. 2 weeks later still no adjustment or refund for that part/shipping. Once I was able to get through chat system, was told order was on hold but individual that could help me had left for the day. Then told they would have someone get back to me with further information. Very disappointing service. Not at all reliable.
