Tony Ruiz provided excellent customer… Tony Ruiz provided excellent customer service and communication. He answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns and had good responses to questions. I appreciate his attentiveness and help during the car buying process.

Echopark Marietta, GA After shopping for cars online I saw competitor Echo park. I called for an appointment. I was skeptical, but first impressions mean a lot as my first car to test drive was lined up at the door by Dorian my sales person. He was professional and knowledgeable. I came back a week later and I then compared 3 vehicles all lined up. I made my decision to purchase. I will recommend Echopark.

Sales rep lied to me during purchase… Sales rep lied to me during purchase which ended up with me paying more tax. Now going through trying to get something done with the title and I have been given the run around multiple times with no one seeming to help. The car was a decent deal but with dealing with all the other stuff is a giant pain, buy somewhere else if you can. The second they sign the contract the post sale support is pretty terrible.

I am writing this review to alert you… I am writing this review to alert you all that any place that has this many 5 star reviews and this many 1 star reviews is obviously disreputable. The good reviews are mostly fake. We looked at a Ford F150XL Hybrid. Something is obviously wrong with it because, it is 10-15 thousand below market value. What does that mean? It means the truck was probably a flood car or had an “off the books” wreck and repair. Buyer Beware !!

Purchased a car 3 months ago Purchased a car 3 months ago. I told the salesperson I already had an approved rate with my credit union. She said they could match it with who they used which they did. She did not tell me they were going to pull my credit 4 times. Also, I told her I wanted nothing extra just the car. She added everything else she could permaplate, interior detailing, gap and extended warranty without telling me. They make you sign on an iPad which makes it very difficult to see what you're agreeing to. They then take your car and clean it. Which is actually adding the permallate and interior protectant without your knowledge. They print off documents and put them in an envelope. When I realized she had added everything costing $6,000 I requested all to be canceled. The told they protectant couldn't be canceled because it was applied. This is a scam! Now I'm having trouble getting anything refunded.
