Could not have been nicer, or more helpful to get our crew anything we needed so we could complete our work. Did not get names of managers the day we did the job, but they also were very helpful. Don't use Detroit Axle WARNING !!! All potential customers !!! I ordered the parts from D-A on Aug 24th. The shipping label was created the same day. 5 days later on Aug 29th my order got canceled. I spoke to the customer service (two different people): Person 1. The parts are out of stock. So It took them 5 days to check the inventory ? Person 2. The parts I ordered "had an issue of quality and we preferred to not send them out". The parts are still available in D-A web store. No information about availability nor quality issues.

New control arms with ball joints / No castle nuts or locking pins supplied Purchased a set of front control arms for a 2013 Honda Pilot. Quality is good, I'll give them that much. But, how do you sell control arms with pressed in ball joints without supplying a new castle nut & locking pin ? Also, how do you not include new control arm " stop bushings". This is all necessary parts for the SAFETY of the job. Detroitaxle said those parts are not included. WTH !!!! They gave me a paltry $ 10 buck refund. Lucky to get that. Had to order missing parts separately at a MUCH higher cost than $ 10 bucks. Was not going to re-use the old parts. Too dangerous. Advertisement never mentioned that these parts were " not included". Over 40 years as a mechanic.....never had control new control arms come without ALL needed parts. Lesson learned, the hard way. Time to sell my tools & pack it in. Too many sub-standard parts floating around. I'm not going to be responsible for the deaths of others due to sub-par auto parts. I lost money on this job, ( since I purchased new missing parts ). But I can sleep at night knowing the job was done right.

Rotors Appear ok.... Pads terrible quality.. Beware! I Purchased New Rotors and Pads for my 2015 Subaru Forester.. Although the rotors appear to be ok, the pads are absolute junk!... They are very poor quality and that was immediately evident with the squeaking and grinding noise. I ended up replacing the pad with high quality Bosch Pads.

Absolutely the worst parts company I’ve… Absolutely the worst parts company I’ve ever dealt with. Shocks I ordered were cheap, flimsy, not at all like originals even though they claimed they were correct for my truck. Compressed with little effort by hand and would actually bend under arm pressure. Approached for a refund they refused to return my money. Refused to stand behind the products they sell. Bad business
