Worst customer service ever & they… Worst customer service ever & they can't speak clearly. I placed an order for a cv axle and I called them on 4th day about my order and they tell me it hasn't shipped yet, I was mad, so I told them to cancel since it hasn't shipped yet and to refund my $$$$. Customer service refused , I asked to speak to a supervisor and customer service tells me he busy and hung up on me. Way to treat your customers detroit axle. I work hard for my $$$ that you stole from me.

Bought a front suspension for my truck… Bought a front suspension for my truck off Amazon, the seller was Detroit Axle in a matter of months the rubber parts drastically cracked on every single part. The parts were sold with a 10-year warranty. I tried to get in touch with them, called them several times, they do not want to honor the 10-year warranty. They have other good parts just not these front suspensions. Horrible customer service!

Absolutely the worst parts company I’ve… Absolutely the worst parts company I’ve ever dealt with. Shocks I ordered were cheap, flimsy, not at all like originals even though they claimed they were correct for my truck. Compressed with little effort by hand and would actually bend under arm pressure. Approached for a refund they refused to return my money. Refused to stand behind the products they sell. Bad business

After buying a front suspension rebuild… After buying a front suspension rebuild kit for my 2010 suburban, I can say 3 years into it both front wheels bearings have failed, an upper ball joint also, along with a tie rod end boot. It's not worth buying their substandard parts that don't last like OEM just to save a few bucks. When you have to do the work twice, there's little to no savings. Buy brand name or OEM parts instead of Detroit axles junk.

Avoid if you’re on a time crunch. Ordered front end suspension kit on 3/14. Website claims all orders will be shipped by 2pm the next business day. On 3/18, I get notification the kit has “shipped”, but on checking the tracking, it was just a generated label - nothing has actually shipped. Today, 3/20/24, fedex had still not received the package. I talked to representative Amy from Detroit Axle and was told that the item is not in stock and is being transferred to their Texas warehouse and would be another 3-5 days. No offer of quicker shipping. No explanation of why I wasn’t told a week ago that the parts weren’t actually in stock. This is absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this company if you’re on any sort of timeline as they do not care.
