GBordering parts by year make and model ...wrong parts sent consumers fault? company sent wrong item ...they want me to pay for shipping back at my cost and wont see a full refund as they like to charge and extra fee which is a restocking fee of 30 % for an item they have on their website incorrectly listed dont buy from this company go to bbb.org their rating is an F.

GBPoor customer service, defective product My fiance bought me a roof rack for my FJ for Christmas from ilovebodykits.com. Shortly after Christmas, my dad and I attempted to assemble and install the rack. The rack feet would not fit flush to the roof no matter what we tried. My fiance attempted a few times to call with no answer. On 12.28.12 I submitted an official report that my product was defective. A few days later I received an email stating they were out of the office for the holiday and my report would be addressed in the next few days. Two weeks went by without response. I emailed the individual that emailed me that message and he was quite rude in his response, saying that I had not followed through on instruction they had sent me to send them images. I explained that I was sorry and sent the images, but I had never received instruction to send images. In fact, the site had my report listed as resolved, which I found a little humorous. After many more phone calls prompting them to resolve the issue, I received a return shipment label on 2.6.13. I will admit the next delay was my fault because I was busy with work and personal things...and I needed a truck to get the package to UPS so it was shipped 2.19.13, arrived at their facility 2.21.13. They are claiming they have no record of it arriving, which is interesting because I have record right here of Chen signing for it, and will not send a new rack until they do. It feels like we are being scammed, an expensive scam. Update: I originally posted this review on March 12. Later that day we were informed that they finally found record of the rack being received and that it was on backorder indefinitely. They offered to give the money back on the stipulation that we take down this review. I would not suggest doing business with this company.

GBthanks Ilovebodykits, I will bring more business to you guys! I have purchased my Tiburon body kits from ilovebodykits, I ve received my parts in about less than 2 weeks after its ordered. The kit came in good condition however there was some fitting issue but Henry from the tech department has guided me through, even spoke with the bodyshop and gave them valuable info with the install. Since the shop never done any fiberglass kit installation before, Henry actually gave them the detail on each installation step and what to expect. I got my car back from the shop after 3 weeks and it looks awesome. Thanks to Henry and other working staffs. I am not sure how other negative feedbacks came from. I was referred by racing team from my area that they have bought multiple parts from Ilovebodykits and they are all happy with the parts and service. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely shop again if I need anything else for my or my girlfriend's car.

GBThe absolute worst company out there. This has got to be the worst company out there. I ordered pre wired HID lamps for a Subaru Baja. They were wired completely wrong and only the high beams worked. I called to address the issue 13 Months ago and it has not been resolved. I was transferred from one rep to another. Each one with the same lies same excuses and everyone had the same voice. I am guessing that this is just some low life working out of his parent’s garage and trying to front as a much bigger company. I offered many suggestions to resolve this issue and have been continues lied to me. I could accept a bad product I cannot accept a bold face lie. Wes you are certainly not honorable and your company quite frankly sucks. So please anyone thinking of doing business please read the reviews and do not give them any of your business. I am just another dissatisfied and annoyed no returning customer. The better business bureau will receive this post as well

GBDo not do business with these guys!!! The product took well over 3 weeks for me to receive (small part). It ended up being the wrong part. It took over two weeks for me to receive an RMA number. It has now been over 2 months since I have sent the product back (which I sent overnight) and the RMA is still "processing". My hopes are doubtful. This company is GARBAGE!
