GBNO Warranty Service Today is August 6, 2020. I started a warranty claim on May 29,2020. They charged me for a new shock, which they sent right away, and claimed that I would get a refund when they received my defect shock. After filling out two different warranty claim forms, no less than 6 phone calls, no less than 6 emails and returning the defective shock at my expense with an RA number finally given by Shock Warehouse, there has been no refund and no response to emails or phone calls. I advise others not to count on this company making good on warranty claims.

GBI have ordered from these guys for ever but never again! I have ordered from these guys for years, I own 8 rigs and replaced all shocks and struts with these guys. Has always been above and beyond customer service and shipping. Sadly I never gave a great review like I should have. But this last go round was much different. The owners son answered the phones and we talked and at 30 foot pounds a top of a strut snapped and broke. It was supposed to be torqued down to 45 lbs. he told me my mechanic was either drunk or high from smoking a bowl beacuse that just doesn’t happen. It got worse from there and uglier from there. I will never do business with them again. He then told me I need to send it back and then they would send to bilstien and they would look at it and say nothings wrong and you are just wasting everyone’s time. Again got uglier from there as well. Feel bad for his dad who worked hard making a great company only to have kid ruin it!

GBI read the Return Order form I read the Return Order form: I suggest everyone read before placing an order. Example line 11. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. 13. Credits are done of the 15th and 30th of each month. Items received and CHECKED IN will be credited on those days. Line 2. All parts and boxes must be in new, sale-ready condition. This includes superficial or aesthetic damage and any small parts included in the original sale. Any return that is not in sale-ready condition will be subject to additional fees or may be ineligible for return.

GBQuick to take $, slow to ship Monday night I sent an email asking if I ordered Tuesday AM, would the parts arrive before the weekend. Vendor said "Yes." Parts were ordered Tuesday AM. Some parts arrived late Saturday afternoon. Other parts did not arrive for two weeks. Each shipment was preceded by electronic notification of "printed delivery ticket," then followed up a few days later with "shipper has package." Only once after the order did vendor take phone call about late delivery of goods. Only during the initial request for availability/speed of shipment did vendor answer the single (first) email. Keep in mind the vendor is only a 90 Mile drive from me...and within my home state. Never again!

GBOrdered 2 shocks and 2 sumo springs 3… Edit to add that,miraculously, i called them and got Carlos on the phone. After some back and forth about him not doing what he told me he'd do, he agreed to refund my $90. Still,its been 3 months. Stay away from this outfit. Ordered 2 shocks and 2 sumo springs 3 months ago. Pieces tricked in over 6 weeks. One Bilstein shock was in correct box but wrong part. They rarely answer phone or email so took forever. Sent wrong one back got a other wrong one 2 weeks back talked to Carlos,sent pics to Lacey, said they'd send return label and proper shock nothing happened. Out $84 plus tax. They are the worst. I'm giving up,they win and stole $90 from me.
