great experience I started chat with jay with details of vehicle and upcoming work. he was great with the information i requested for quality and recommendations. My order went through seamlessly. i got bilstein 4600 shocks for front and rear. I've worked on vehicles all my life and also have many friend resources. What i was looking for was accurate information since i already got recommendations. noteworthy is that jay was able to fill in some blanks i was missing. i still have some more parts that i need but i'm going to wait for better weather since that work is going to be more extensive.

After some back and forth about him not doing what he told me he'd do, he agreed to refund my $90. Still,its been 3 months. Stay away from this outfit. Ordered 2 shocks and 2 sumo springs 3 months ago. Pieces tricked in over 6 weeks. One Bilstein shock was in correct box but wrong part. They rarely answer phone or email so took forever. Sent wrong one back got a other wrong one 2 weeks back talked to Carlos,sent pics to Lacey, said they'd send return label and proper shock nothing happened. Out $84 plus tax. They are the worst. I'm giving up,they win and stole $90 from me.

would never do business with this… would never do business with this company. order took 3 weeks to deliver, then sent me the wrong shocks, return cost me $40, and they took another 4 weeks to refund my money...and then charged me some restocking fee ... AN NO ONE ANSWERS the phone!!!! did not even get a notice of my final refund...just a deposit back in my account... worst buying experience ever..

2 months order has not arrived 2 months order has not arrived, an my card was charged, company is a scam used to be a legit company. Back 15 years ago, now don not even try to order here stay away this website only receiving payments not send it parts.
