NO AFTER SALE SERVICE I ordered a full set of shocks plus a steering stabilizer. The box for the steering stablizer was open and contained the wrong part. I contacted them and they gave me a return number. I shipped it back according to their instructions. It arrived at their location on 11/2/23. I have not heard from them. I have sent emails, called multiple times with no answer and left messages. As of today, 11/16/23, I have not received any feedback from them. I suppose I lost the cost of the part PLUS the cost of return shipping. Not very professional and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. Update - changing to 2 stars because I finally received a refund. However, I still have not received any communication from them. Customer service is poor. Order S6487. I tried calling, emails and chat.

The Billstein shocks that I ordered… The Billstein shocks that I ordered from you never felt up to the task, even compared to the old Monroe RV shocks that I had replaced the with. I recently ordered KYB shocks for the same van (Roadtrek conversion) and cannot believe the difference. I can only conclude that the Billsteins were flawed from day one and am happy to return them for you evaluation. Order number 179509 was the Billsteins order from 27/03/2017. The KYB's were ordered 17/10/2018 from another source from which I have copies available if needed.

great experience I started chat with jay with details of vehicle and upcoming work. he was great with the information i requested for quality and recommendations. My order went through seamlessly. i got bilstein 4600 shocks for front and rear. I've worked on vehicles all my life and also have many friend resources. What i was looking for was accurate information since i already got recommendations. noteworthy is that jay was able to fill in some blanks i was missing. i still have some more parts that i need but i'm going to wait for better weather since that work is going to be more extensive.

I ordered some Bilstein B6 struts for… I ordered some Bilstein B6 struts for my 2018 NIssan Rogue. Struts arrived ahead of scheduled delivery time in perfect condition. Very happy with my ordering experience. I can't believe some of these terrible reviews here. Maybe there fake, but my experience was excellent and will not hesitate to order from them again. Anyone who owns a Nissan Rogue will love the Bilstein B6 strut, much better then OEM.

Ordered 2 shocks and 2 sumo springs 3… Edit to add that,miraculously, i called them and got Carlos on the phone. After some back and forth about him not doing what he told me he'd do, he agreed to refund my $90. Still,its been 3 months. Stay away from this outfit. Ordered 2 shocks and 2 sumo springs 3 months ago. Pieces tricked in over 6 weeks. One Bilstein shock was in correct box but wrong part. They rarely answer phone or email so took forever. Sent wrong one back got a other wrong one 2 weeks back talked to Carlos,sent pics to Lacey, said they'd send return label and proper shock nothing happened. Out $84 plus tax. They are the worst. I'm giving up,they win and stole $90 from me.
