Fraudulent advertisement on Amazon for… Fraudulent advertisement on Amazon for a NEW Chrysler Part Number 52088272AD. Sent me a REMAN unit, Part Number R2088272AI. Sent back. They said they would remove lying Amazon ad. Tried charging for re-stock. Got all money back via credit card and filed fraud report with Texas Attorney General on 29 September 2018.

Live Parts Specialist corrected incorrect part number After much internet searching this site pointed me to a different part number than what had been found in several other sites. I ordered the part number indicated and included my VIN. The next day I received a phone call stating that I may have ordered the wrong part number, after two more phone calls it was determined that the web site had given me an incorrect number and the Parts Specialist caught it and saved me from ordering the wrong part. Great catch!

Horrible Beware Horrible Beware, I purchased a part from them they sent me the wrong part and it didn’t work then refused to exchange it or refund my money. I even went as far to email them and make sure it was the right part before purchasing and they assured me it was. Then when the part I got didn’t work and I don’t mean didn’t work for my project I mean defective didn’t work and was the wrong part they refused to do anything about it.

No Customer Service Tried over a couple of weeks to place an order after website said to contact for part availability. Called several times, no one ever answered. Sent several emails, never got a response. Makes me wonder if they are going out of business. If they are this hard to contact when I'm trying to pay them $600.00, I'd hate to see what they are like if I needed a refund. Taking my business somewhere else.

I wouldn’t buy anything from this… I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. Two weeks after ordering I received am email most of my parts were unavailable. Then upon shipping I received one empty box. I tried to contact them and they basically said it wasn't their fault. Buyer beware.
