I ordered door latches and not only did… I ordered door latches and not only did they send the wrong part, it was obviously used. The told me I had to pay for shipping to return and then took a restocking fee from the refund.

Avoid at all costs! Scam of a company I ordered a part from them for my Ram 1500, knowing EXACTLY which part I needed. I selected the option during the ordering process that said I understood the risks of not putting in my VIN because they could not confirm the proper fit. I chose not to put in the VIN and selected that option. Regardless, the next day I got an email from them stating that they needed the VIN to complete the order. Why even give that option then? I immediately responded to their email and got the automated response, but now it's 11 business days later (a full 15 days since I placed the original order) and still have received no update and the order still shows as in process on their website. I called to inquire about the order status right when their business opened for the day. The automated message gave an estimated wait time of 13 minutes. Then 13 minutes, then again 13 minutes and so on. It eventually dropped to 9 minutes, 9 minutes, 9 minutes, etc, then 6 minutes, 4 minutes, etc, 2 minutes etc on repeat. Despite their automated messages while waiting on hold, my total wait time ended up being 108 minutes just for a 1 minute phone call to cancel my order as I refuse to work any longer with them for this order or in the future. This company should be shut down. The reviews are consistently poor and shows virtually no customer service, no concrete business model, lies about their shipping/handling times. Absolutely ridiculous experience and a total waste of time. They should be reported to the BBB and the TX State Attorney General's office.

shop somewhere else part was said to be in stock and deliverable in three days. it wasnt and took over a week. needed part for only mode of transportation. would have gone elsewhere. they already had my money and then ignored my request for refund and shipped a part that i no longer needed. go somewhere else. there are plenty of other sources

Faulty Transmissions… When you guys built the transmissions for a 2014 ram 1500 5.7 hemi 8 cylinder and of the other vehicles you put them in, you failed! They all have major issues and you know it but did not put a recall out for it because you knew it would if cost you big time! Mopar and Dodge Chrysler has ruined there reputation with me and hope all to follow. You guys may have dodged the bullet with this one and get away with it but never again, will I be burned by you guys ever again? Stuck now with a vehicle with a faulty transmission and head office can continue to dodge the bullet by not responding to my phone calls. I'm no longer dealing with you guys anymore, I am done! I have already wrote my review with Dodge Chrysler as they're mechanics in their shops are incompetent don't know what they're doing because you guys don't have a fix for the problem you created with the transmissions you built!

Even for simple things, they still can't get it right. Even for something simple, like bottles of cleaner, MyMoparParts still can't get it right. They completely covered the manufacturer's label with their own stickers and labels - and then taped them down for good measure. You can't see a thing, which also means that there is no way to verify what they actually sent. In addition, they used a cheap packing tape to secure the top of the bottle instead of a purpose-designed product, which means that it leaves adhesive residue on the entire top half which cannot be easily removed. When brought to their attention, they refused to do anything about it. All of this could have been resolved if they had simply put the bottle into a plastic bag first and then applied their labels and tape on top of it. But no, that's too much for them and they refuse to do it better for next time. What a stupid reason to lose a customer. They deserve ZERO stars. Avoid them like the plague.
