GBEven for simple things, they still can't get it right. Even for something simple, like bottles of cleaner, MyMoparParts still can't get it right. They completely covered the manufacturer's label with their own stickers and labels - and then taped them down for good measure. You can't see a thing, which also means that there is no way to verify what they actually sent. In addition, they used a cheap packing tape to secure the top of the bottle instead of a purpose-designed product, which means that it leaves adhesive residue on the entire top half which cannot be easily removed. When brought to their attention, they refused to do anything about it. All of this could have been resolved if they had simply put the bottle into a plastic bag first and then applied their labels and tape on top of it. But no, that's too much for them and they refuse to do it better for next time. What a stupid reason to lose a customer. They deserve ZERO stars. Avoid them like the plague.

GBI wouldn’t buy anything from this… I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. Two weeks after ordering I received am email most of my parts were unavailable. Then upon shipping I received one empty box. I tried to contact them and they basically said it wasn't their fault. Buyer beware.

GBLive Parts Specialist corrected incorrect part number After much internet searching this site pointed me to a different part number than what had been found in several other sites. I ordered the part number indicated and included my VIN. The next day I received a phone call stating that I may have ordered the wrong part number, after two more phone calls it was determined that the web site had given me an incorrect number and the Parts Specialist caught it and saved me from ordering the wrong part. Great catch!

GBWebsite states incorrect vehicle fitment and they won’t stand by their word. MyMoparParts vin lookup and fitment check said the part I purchased would fit my vehicle. Once the item arrived, I tried to install without success. The item did not fit my vehicle model and MyMoparParts would not admit fault and wouldn’t pay for a return shipping label. Their website states incorrect information and they won’t stand by it. Do not trust these scam artists.

GBI am working to restore a 1974… I am working to restore a 1974 Challenger and have been buying parts from Mike and Mark for over a year. I have purchase numerous items for the interior and exterior of the car, as well as having a number of parts power coated. In addition, they also did a complete rebuild on my steering column, dash and evaporator/plenum assembly. The parts look brand new and every much as though the car came off the assembly line. These guys have a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and will go out of their way to assist in anyway they can. My only regret is not finding Mr. Moparts sooner.
