I wouldn’t buy anything from this… I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. Two weeks after ordering I received am email most of my parts were unavailable. Then upon shipping I received one empty box. I tried to contact them and they basically said it wasn't their fault. Buyer beware.

I ordered door latches and not only did… I ordered door latches and not only did they send the wrong part, it was obviously used. The told me I had to pay for shipping to return and then took a restocking fee from the refund.

Live Parts Specialist corrected incorrect part number After much internet searching this site pointed me to a different part number than what had been found in several other sites. I ordered the part number indicated and included my VIN. The next day I received a phone call stating that I may have ordered the wrong part number, after two more phone calls it was determined that the web site had given me an incorrect number and the Parts Specialist caught it and saved me from ordering the wrong part. Great catch!

Avoid this seller! Cabin Air Filter showed up damaged due to poor poor packing by MyMoparParts.com. Was torn and covered with gas.. I contacted, MyMopar parts on eBAY and then called them directly at (214) 327-9631, their phone number. Representative there was not willing to assist. Kept over talking me and not wanting to refund my $ or send out another filter. AVOID this seller!

Faulty Transmissions… When you guys built the transmissions for a 2014 ram 1500 5.7 hemi 8 cylinder and of the other vehicles you put them in, you failed! They all have major issues and you know it but did not put a recall out for it because you knew it would if cost you big time! Mopar and Dodge Chrysler has ruined there reputation with me and hope all to follow. You guys may have dodged the bullet with this one and get away with it but never again, will I be burned by you guys ever again? Stuck now with a vehicle with a faulty transmission and head office can continue to dodge the bullet by not responding to my phone calls. I'm no longer dealing with you guys anymore, I am done! I have already wrote my review with Dodge Chrysler as they're mechanics in their shops are incompetent don't know what they're doing because you guys don't have a fix for the problem you created with the transmissions you built!
