I highly recommend not using this… I highly recommend not using this company, I order two motor mounts nearly a month ago, called today and found out they cancelled the order, the person I spoke to said that they suspected fraud. I asked to speak to a manager to work though this and they would not listen and hung up. most likely they don't have the parts. my 2 cents is by pass this company do yourself a favor. not worth the effort or aggravation.

Mymoparts is not worth your time My order was for a couple of $12 panel trim parts. Nothing worth mentioning until this company fail to take responsibility for their choice of shipping. They shipped the items via USPS. And per usually the mail personnel lack the ability to read. So, instead of this company taking responsibility for choosing a well known failure when it comes to shipping. They double down and said we have to go with them. At least Amazon required their people to take pictures for proof. Mymoparts basically said we gotten your money so f_ck you. If I was you I find someone else when it comes to buying replacement parts.

Horrible Beware Horrible Beware, I purchased a part from them they sent me the wrong part and it didn’t work then refused to exchange it or refund my money. I even went as far to email them and make sure it was the right part before purchasing and they assured me it was. Then when the part I got didn’t work and I don’t mean didn’t work for my project I mean defective didn’t work and was the wrong part they refused to do anything about it.

Avoid this seller! Cabin Air Filter showed up damaged due to poor poor packing by MyMoparParts.com. Was torn and covered with gas.. I contacted, MyMopar parts on eBAY and then called them directly at (214) 327-9631, their phone number. Representative there was not willing to assist. Kept over talking me and not wanting to refund my $ or send out another filter. AVOID this seller!

Website states incorrect vehicle fitment and they won’t stand by their word. MyMoparParts vin lookup and fitment check said the part I purchased would fit my vehicle. Once the item arrived, I tried to install without success. The item did not fit my vehicle model and MyMoparParts would not admit fault and wouldn’t pay for a return shipping label. Their website states incorrect information and they won’t stand by it. Do not trust these scam artists.
