Live Parts Specialist corrected incorrect part number After much internet searching this site pointed me to a different part number than what had been found in several other sites. I ordered the part number indicated and included my VIN. The next day I received a phone call stating that I may have ordered the wrong part number, after two more phone calls it was determined that the web site had given me an incorrect number and the Parts Specialist caught it and saved me from ordering the wrong part. Great catch!

Ordered three parts, received an email saying they had to get one item from another warehouse and it would take one business day and then they would ship. Five days later, no shipping info, no updates, nothing. Filed a dispute with PayPal and was immediately contacted with tracking and a hostile email asking why I did what I did and how I was the bad person. Still no resolution and the kicker is that they sent me an entirely different part! I have now sent all the parts back with their shipping label and am expecting a full refund. Terrible Customer Service. Stay far away from this site.

Website states incorrect vehicle fitment and they won’t stand by their word. MyMoparParts vin lookup and fitment check said the part I purchased would fit my vehicle. Once the item arrived, I tried to install without success. The item did not fit my vehicle model and MyMoparParts would not admit fault and wouldn’t pay for a return shipping label. Their website states incorrect information and they won’t stand by it. Do not trust these scam artists.

Horrible Beware Horrible Beware, I purchased a part from them they sent me the wrong part and it didn’t work then refused to exchange it or refund my money. I even went as far to email them and make sure it was the right part before purchasing and they assured me it was. Then when the part I got didn’t work and I don’t mean didn’t work for my project I mean defective didn’t work and was the wrong part they refused to do anything about it.

Faulty Transmissions… When you guys built the transmissions for a 2014 ram 1500 5.7 hemi 8 cylinder and of the other vehicles you put them in, you failed! They all have major issues and you know it but did not put a recall out for it because you knew it would if cost you big time! Mopar and Dodge Chrysler has ruined there reputation with me and hope all to follow. You guys may have dodged the bullet with this one and get away with it but never again, will I be burned by you guys ever again? Stuck now with a vehicle with a faulty transmission and head office can continue to dodge the bullet by not responding to my phone calls. I'm no longer dealing with you guys anymore, I am done! I have already wrote my review with Dodge Chrysler as they're mechanics in their shops are incompetent don't know what they're doing because you guys don't have a fix for the problem you created with the transmissions you built!
