I will never attempt to do business… I will never attempt to do business with them again. I ordered a part and they told me that they couldn’t process my order because my payment was being held by paypal. They were reaching out to me every other day to get a status on the payment clearing. Once my payment cleared, no one will respond to my emails or return phone calls regarding my order. I filed a dispute with paypal 5days ago and they haven’t even responded once to try and fix the situation.

No Customer Service Tried over a couple of weeks to place an order after website said to contact for part availability. Called several times, no one ever answered. Sent several emails, never got a response. Makes me wonder if they are going out of business. If they are this hard to contact when I'm trying to pay them $600.00, I'd hate to see what they are like if I needed a refund. Taking my business somewhere else.

Live Parts Specialist corrected incorrect part number After much internet searching this site pointed me to a different part number than what had been found in several other sites. I ordered the part number indicated and included my VIN. The next day I received a phone call stating that I may have ordered the wrong part number, after two more phone calls it was determined that the web site had given me an incorrect number and the Parts Specialist caught it and saved me from ordering the wrong part. Great catch!

If I could leave zero stars I would If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered three parts, received an email saying they had to get one item from another warehouse and it would take one business day and then they would ship. Five days later, no shipping info, no updates, nothing. Filed a dispute with PayPal and was immediately contacted with tracking and a hostile email asking why I did what I did and how I was the bad person. Still no resolution and the kicker is that they sent me an entirely different part! I have now sent all the parts back with their shipping label and am expecting a full refund. Terrible Customer Service. Stay far away from this site.

missing merchandise I ordered a gasket set for six upper and six lower manifold gaskets and they only shipped me one gasket. I cannot perform the work without the remaining parts and this company "Does Not" answer the phone or return emails. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company for the difference and will NEVER use these clowns again. Save your self some aggravation and do not order anything from them.
