GBThey will only pay based on inferior… They will only pay based on inferior products. They will not pay for OEM parts. Their labor pricing is not accurate based on what true mechanics calculate. Not only do you pay the $100 deductable, but usually a large portion of the bill. They like to find anyway to get out of having to cover your issues.

GBLow coverage limits We bought a used car that came with a warranty from Diamond Warranty Corp. The vehicle required two major repairs during the warranty period. In both cases Diamond Warranty paid about 30% of the actual repair cost. Their maximum coverage limits are very low and you will experience significant out of pocket costs for repairs you expect to be covered under the warranty.

GBHorrible experience We as a dealership have worked with them for two years, I don't recall a customer needing them and finding them useful. One of our customers needed a transmission changed, initially they agreed to pay for the fixing but after he payed the mechanic they didn't reimburse him. If I cancel the warranty they just tell me it's too late. We as a dealership don't recommend this company for any dealers or customers.

GBThey lied to my mother and pretended to… They lied to my mother and pretended to represent the dealership warranty she had just purchased with her used car. They convinced her she needed to set up a payment plan or her vehicle would not be covered. This was an outright lie as she had already purchased an extended warranty at the dealership and they were pretending to be them. From all the reviews, while they may be a real company, they lie and mislead to get customers and then deny most claims.

GBI had a claim under special… I had a claim under special circumstances that I was assured would be fully covered, but once it was processed, you failed to even cover the parts, much less the full coverage I was promised. Entirely misled.
