Scams I have them for a warranty and had to contact the BBB because they are not trying to fix my engine. Which is cover under my warranty in fact I ended up paying 758.00 for nothing because the car is still inoperable and the money that I would put in another engine I decided to save and put towards another car.

Worst warranty ever. Worst warranty ever.. my cars been in the shop for well over 2 months needing a transmission and there not wanting to pay for anything.. my deductible is $100. I just had to spend $1400 just for them to send an inspector to look at it.. this company is a joke

This company is the worst!! Buyer beware!!! This company is the worst, i purchased their high end package when i purchased car, after a yr...my motor went out, they actually would not replace it until the motor was broken down even though a certified mechanic that they told me they use and trust... showed them fuel in my spark plug sockets and low pressure in my engine... break down of my engine would cost me $1400 labor out of pocket which they dont cover. The worst ever!!!! Never again!!! Not only that i had my vehicle towed and they would not even cover the cost because the driver sent me the reciept in a text. I will continue to spread this message about this on every review board there is!! Beware!!!

I had a claim under special… I had a claim under special circumstances that I was assured would be fully covered, but once it was processed, you failed to even cover the parts, much less the full coverage I was promised. Entirely misled.

2008 BMW repair I purchased a 2008 BMW this past summer in Dallas and was offered a warranty via Diamond Direct. I’m glad that I listened. Months later, my transmission went out suddenly. In all, it took close to 6 weeks to get the car repaired, with a bill close to $6000. Having this warranty gave me a peace of mind. I appreciate the responsiveness, accuracy and professionalism. I read many of the reviews online and was deeply concerned. I’m glad my experience was indeed positive.
