Thankful for the warranty; not thankful for this company I have never had such poor customer service in my life and Diamond Warranty completely nickle and dimed my trusted mechanic. They were unprofessional to me as the consumer. Never returned my calls and anyone I spoke to seemed to have no idea what they were doing. On top of that, my mechanic had to chase them for over a week and a half until I finally just told them to please do the work because I HAD NO VEHICLE. I would not recommend this company to anyone in a consumer market OR the B2B market. Also on this survey they sent me to provide my review, my name is wrong and it's not even capitalized. It makes the company look bad.

STAY AWAY ! On the repair facility side this company ranks right at the bottom of extended warranty companies. They authorize the cheapest available parts made for the repairs from auto zone or any other discount retailer rather than OEM Equivalents. They take for EVER to pay, IF They ever pay currently I have been awaiting payment for almost 45 days. No one will return an email or phone call. I have reached out to every one i can find an email for and nothing in return. Moving forward i will refuse to even submit a claim with them. VERY DISSAPOINTED !!! SHAMEFULL IN FACT.

Low coverage limits We bought a used car that came with a warranty from Diamond Warranty Corp. The vehicle required two major repairs during the warranty period. In both cases Diamond Warranty paid about 30% of the actual repair cost. Their maximum coverage limits are very low and you will experience significant out of pocket costs for repairs you expect to be covered under the warranty.

I would NEVER recommend this warranty… I would NEVER recommend this warranty company to anyone for several reasons. They reasons area as follows: 1. Most places have never heard of them; 2. Is difficult to contact someone; 3. They only cover certain components of the powertrain ( which is necessary for the operation of the vehicle); and when you do get in contact with someone thru address VERY RUDE and CONDESCENDING. Every experience with the company is a nightmare from a consumer, dealer and repair shops aspect. I'M FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU....

Horrible experience We as a dealership have worked with them for two years, I don't recall a customer needing them and finding them useful. One of our customers needed a transmission changed, initially they agreed to pay for the fixing but after he payed the mechanic they didn't reimburse him. If I cancel the warranty they just tell me it's too late. We as a dealership don't recommend this company for any dealers or customers.
