RUSH IN AUTO SALES
GBHorrible experience We as a dealership have worked with them for two years, I don't recall a customer needing them and finding them useful. One of our customers needed a transmission changed, initially they agreed to pay for the fixing but after he payed the mechanic they didn't reimburse him. If I cancel the warranty they just tell me it's too late. We as a dealership don't recommend this company for any dealers or customers.

GBThey will only pay based on inferior… They will only pay based on inferior products. They will not pay for OEM parts. Their labor pricing is not accurate based on what true mechanics calculate. Not only do you pay the $100 deductable, but usually a large portion of the bill. They like to find anyway to get out of having to cover your issues.

CAHe is a thief He is a thief, I brought my Acadia to him and asked for a quote, and he went ahead and did the work without my consent and then it sat on his lot for a year because I could not afford to pay for it. Not only did he screw me on my transmission he stole my brand new tires .

GBHow can you say that you have a set… How can you say that you have a set amount for labor on work being done. Labor rates vary all over the country, and should be taken for what there service labor rates are, and not punish the customer with having to pay out of pocket. You need to adjust your criteria for country wide, not just where ever you are located.

GBI payed a lot of money for a four year… I payed a lot of money for a four year warranty and so far anything that has needed to be fixed with my car has not been covered. I finally got something covered and still had to pay $100 deductible which is ridiculous considering how much it cost me to purchase the warranty in the first place. I’m not happy with my warranty at all.
