GBThankful for the warranty; not thankful for this company I have never had such poor customer service in my life and Diamond Warranty completely nickle and dimed my trusted mechanic. They were unprofessional to me as the consumer. Never returned my calls and anyone I spoke to seemed to have no idea what they were doing. On top of that, my mechanic had to chase them for over a week and a half until I finally just told them to please do the work because I HAD NO VEHICLE. I would not recommend this company to anyone in a consumer market OR the B2B market. Also on this survey they sent me to provide my review, my name is wrong and it's not even capitalized. It makes the company look bad.

GBThis company is the worst!! Buyer beware!!! This company is the worst, i purchased their high end package when i purchased car, after a yr...my motor went out, they actually would not replace it until the motor was broken down even though a certified mechanic that they told me they use and trust... showed them fuel in my spark plug sockets and low pressure in my engine... break down of my engine would cost me $1400 labor out of pocket which they dont cover. The worst ever!!!! Never again!!! Not only that i had my vehicle towed and they would not even cover the cost because the driver sent me the reciept in a text. I will continue to spread this message about this on every review board there is!! Beware!!!

GBScams I have them for a warranty and had to contact the BBB because they are not trying to fix my engine. Which is cover under my warranty in fact I ended up paying 758.00 for nothing because the car is still inoperable and the money that I would put in another engine I decided to save and put towards another car.

GBI payed a lot of money for a four year… I payed a lot of money for a four year warranty and so far anything that has needed to be fixed with my car has not been covered. I finally got something covered and still had to pay $100 deductible which is ridiculous considering how much it cost me to purchase the warranty in the first place. I’m not happy with my warranty at all.

GBHow can you say that you have a set… How can you say that you have a set amount for labor on work being done. Labor rates vary all over the country, and should be taken for what there service labor rates are, and not punish the customer with having to pay out of pocket. You need to adjust your criteria for country wide, not just where ever you are located.
