Orangeways is a fake company with fake … Orangeways is a fake company with fake services. They are ripping people off. Never take them. Already in 2014 a Hungarian court ordered the forceful closure of Orangeways, I am not sure how can they still operate. WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Do NOT buy any bus tickets from them anymore. I have the same experience as the other reviewers here, bought two tickets from Ljubljana to Budapest more than 3 months in advance and received notice of cancellation less than 24 hours. Since then have been follow up with them on refund but todate still have yet to get back my money. ***Orangeways = SCAM, CHEAT & RIP-OFF***

DO NOT TRAVEL WITH ORANGEWAYS! I booked two return tickets from Budapest to Prague with this company and they cancelled the trip some days before departure (6th of September). I haven't received any refund yet and it's already 2017th!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND ORANGEWAYS! DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM! THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD TAKE ACTION AND PREVENT THIS COMPANY FROM SELLING TICKETS FOR UNEXISTING TRIPS!!!

No shows After 3 beautiful days in Budapest I was to continue my journey to Krakow, my bus was due at 7, I arrived at 6:15 and was talking to a couple who we're also travelling with Orangeways but to Croatia, their bus was die at 6, by 7 they gave up and left, by 8 their bus nor my bus had yet shown up! I came online and discovered this company is a scam, I luckily got a ticket with Flixbus leaving at 10, still no sign of an orangeways bus. They do have a ticket office, it's "temporarily closed", there are also about 14 contact numbers, I would say 11 of them didn't even ring, the rest rung with no answer! Do not book with this company! Ever!

LIARS!!!! BE CAREFUL I want to punish this company and maybe someone know if we need to wrote to the police about this scammers or other way? I was in Budapest few days ago and wanted to visit Wien, I bought a tickets and they send me email that my bus was cancelled in this date but with possibility to change for another date. I wrote them few letters, called them but nobody answered. I'm so angry with this situation and I want to ask all people which also were in similar situation not to keep silent and demand the justice!!!
