GBWhat a huge disappointment What a huge disappointment! The initial conversations and virtual tour were very exciting. However, I’m still waiting for someone to contact me either by email or phone regarding my application. Not as professional as they look. I guess it’s good to shop around, and not put all your eggs in one basket. It pays to be courteous throughout the entire process, whether it’s favorable or not.

GBBe ware of the honesty of sales personnel I Purchased a used Toyota sienna had asked the salesman to walk it and confirm that it was as clean as it looked on the photos and that the inside was OK. He got back to me and said that it was extremely clean in very good shape with no problems at all. When I got the van I had to sign off for quite a number of items that were damaged so that the delivery company wouldn’t get charged. There was rust on both sides that did not show on the pictures and was not told me by the salesman, inside the wiring for the attorney Chair is terribly frayed and will need to be replaced, I Called the salesman and ask him why he hadn’t told me about these things, he said well I never really was able to walk it because it was parked so closely between two other vans I couldn’t get to it so I just assumed it was OK. He had lied to me about his walk around. Also customer service is extremely poor as I asked him to have a manager called me and no one dead and I use their text link on the Website and did a chat with a chat link on the website and was told that someone would contact me, now after three weeks I still haven’t been contacted, poorest customer service of any I have ever experienced bar none.

GBBeware I used Freedom Motors(FMI) for a manual conversion of my van. I previously had a manual conversion by another company. I never heard a sound from my old van; no muffler noise or rattle from the Q'straints. Both vans are rear entry conversions. The FMI conversion van had a noisy muffler from day 1 of conversion and the Q'straints rattle over every small bump. The length of the front Q'strsint is not long enough to attach from the rear compartment; the old van did. To attach, I have to drape myself over the middle seat. It's not very convenient on a good day and then add cargo/groceries in the middle seat, and rain, wind and bitter cold with your butt literally hanging out the side of the van. I knew the original middle seats would be replaced but was not until delivery that the seats do not move or recline. Overall I'm disappointed with the result and know that they could have installed different Q'straints to eliminate the rattle and refused to rectify without additional cost.

GBI am very disturbed because the van we… I am very disturbed because the van we waited 8 weeks for was not what we received. When I spoke with Justine Laurette the sales manager he did not listen, he tried "sell me". We ordered 2 jump seats on a long channel ramp. We got bench seat across the second row making the van unusable. At no time did anyone express concern for the mistake. I was expected to fix the problem myself. When I order a customized vehicle I don't want to make changes. The administration was poor and unreliable.

GBSean was very nice and personable in… Shawn Carney salesman was very nice and personable in the beginning of our transactions as well as at the end. However in the middle I found it very discouraging when he never returned calls. At one point I really didn’t believe the sale was ever going to go through, so we contacted another vendor. Ironically, on the day of our appointment with the new vendor, I heard from Shawn. I would definitely recommend continued communication between sales and customers until delivery 6 weeks later.
