USPoor Management When Things Fell Apart Everything moved along nicely until a recall happened prior to shipping of vehicle. Suddenly communication came to halt. Then received a phone call from sales manager stating approximate timeline ordering and arrival of part. But then had to initiate a response three or four weeks later to learn part hadn't even been ordered by the sales manager, and would be eagerly ordered (again?). Now waiting for vehicle which may not even arrive before payment is due, and I haven't had a chance to drive it, test it out, etc. Hopefully this is not representative of future experience(s) for anyone, not just mine.

USContinued problems purchasing … Continued problems purchasing wheelchair vans from Freedom Motors, disappointing since I have bought over 20 vehicles from your company. Most recently you shipped a very obviously wrecked and poorly repaired van for our Pensacola branch without disclosing the damage. This is just the most recent poor experience, not sure what is happening on your end but there is a huge gap in communication between your various departments and this makes for a poor customer experience.

USExcellent workmanship, poor customer service! Work was performed well on my own chassis. Very professional, but not to the specs we discussed. Follow up with staff post conversion is very poor with no responses, call backs or solutions. Not very pleased with service, but workmanship was excellent.

USCommunication is key Communication is key. Especially when dealing with Freedom Motors and the VA. We were not kept informed during the long process. Our free gift came broken. But we are very happy with our vehicle! After purchase we couldn't get any response from anyone from Freedoms Motors about floormats, the 2nd key, or about switching out the wheelchair locks in the van. I would recommend Freedom Motors if u are local in MI where u can reach someone there but not long distance.

USNot terribly impressed Looking back, I wish I would have gone through a different company. The people were nice, and helpful when I asked, but... - they told me the car would take 2 months and it took nearly 5 - the car took so long, I had to re-apply for the loan... the second time around they wanted $2,000 additional down, and my interest rate was higher. -the car arrived with many scratches and nicks... it's a brand new car! -the cars interior was dirty upon arrival... running my fingers across the dash... black!!! - the car had no directions on how to use the locking system or tie down systems that were actually useful. It took me 3 hours to figure out the tie downs and I'm still unsure... I feel like they should provide a YouTube video link or something. -the guy who delivered it didn't check an ID or anything... the cars battery was dead when it got here!!! A lot more went wrong than right in my opinion.
