GBYou deserve better than Turner OR ECS Because this company doesn't deserve anymore of my investment than I've already given, I'm pasting this from my Yelp review. Thanks. Decent pricing, and some cool stuff...sometimes. That's about all I have to say about Turner that is good. My impression is that they are affiliated with ECS, and seem to have taken the same politic when it comes to client care, which means, NONE. I cannot tell you the amount of money I have spent at both firms, which really shouldn't matter (and clearly doesn't to them), only to be treated with complete apathy and disregard. They constantly mislead on availability and shipping speed (currently still waiting for parts on Oct 13, ordered on the 1st that said they ship in 2 days), and do not take ANY responsibility or express any empathy for anything. Orders, house-part failures, you name it. All I can say is that this business model may be successful for them, but sooner or later, enough of us will have had enough, and they'll be wondering why they're shuttering the doors and putting the race-cars on EBay.

GBBuyers beware Buyers beware. This company is a scam. Ordered item which they had listed as in stock. I received an email 2 weeks later saying the item was not in stock. So I called and spoke to an agent to cancel the order to get a refund and they wouldn't issue me a refund. Gave me a bogus excuse about the vendor they drop ship must cancel the order first. Uh, excuse me you sold me an item you don't have in stock and you are then telling me you have to wait for the vendor who doesn't have the item in stock in the first place to cancel the order before you issue me a refund? Get real. Had to a file a payment dispute from my payment institution to get my money back. Stay away from this company if you like your money.

NZAbsolutely garbage customer service Absolutely garbage customer service. I was looking to purchase a whole heap of interior trims and like any diligent person I inputted my car specs to filter through compatible parts. When I soon came to realize post purchase is that Turners shows you things for you car that aren't even compatible even if it says there are. Naturally I ordered $3000USD worth of items thinking I have done my part and selected the right gear according to their guidance yet this would be the start of my problems. The order was dispatched and I received 2 defective products and 2 incompatible items. I followed up so many times about this mishap and they refuse to reply to any of my emails. Only as of today did they acknowledge to potentially process my refund if I ship the items back at my own expense! Shocking treatment it does not matter if you spend 300 or 3000 they treat you like trash because they know they can get away with it. STAY ABSOLUTELY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! Try Hubauer for your BMW parts, they seem decent and have the review score to back it up.

GBI purchased a skid plate kit from these… I purchased a skid plate kit from these people in March for a 2020 BMW M340 and specifically told them that my car had the high performance cooling kit with the extra oil cooler. I was assured several times that this was the skid plate for that car. Shipping was a nightmare and when received it was discovered that, in fact, this did not fit the specified vehicle. Customer service is horrible, The representative Chris Edith lied to me repeatedly then just blew off my attempts to contact him, ducked repeated phone calls and ignored all emails. I am now stuck with a worthless product and they refuse to refund the almost $700. Beware of doing any kind of business with these thieves. Just as a follow up. They asked me to contact them to get a resolution. I did as they asked and they NEVER got ahold of me even though I was told management would contact me within 24 hours. Basically, I was told to go screw myself, in much ruder terms.
