Rip off internet scam Ordered a remote starter and an extra remote. Never got an order confirmation. Took a lot of phone calls to finally get my starter without the remote. Still waiting on the remote after a few more phone conversations with some fast talking guy that just tells you what you want to hear. It's been months and I've about given up. They took my money and jerked me around. Avoid this phony make believe company.

VERY PLEASED Really hard to put into words how pleased I actually am. I have installed hundreds of remote starts, keyless entries, and alarms over the years, and BY FAR... Going through motor city remotes was the best experience. The system came packaged very well, instructions were EXTREMELY easy to understand and follow, so much so my 16 year old son that has zero tech experience was able to do most the install completely by himself. The other OUTSTANDING thing is that they stand behind there product, and are always there to help over the phone or through e-mail with any questions day or night. There tech support is great - very knowledgeable.

Email support was not so great great, Telephone Support was Great. Telephone support was great, but email support was not their. But I'm happy with my Code Alarm System. Great Price and Works Great.

I was very impressed by talking to Derek, he was very courteous, explained about the product I needed, he answered all my question in a very professional way. He processed my order and it was shipped the same day. I received my car remote today 08/07/2017, for my Chapman Alarm system on my 1994 Honda Accord EX. Instruction to program the remote were very easy to follow. It took me less than a minute to program it. I am now using my new clicker. Thank you guys you are all amazing.
