The instructions are so detailed and in layman's terms that my girlfriend said she could install it. It took me less than 2 hours and my truck was remotely starting. It started making a over start noise so I called support and talk to a man named Derick. I was never put on hold and it felt like I was talking to a friend. Excellent service Excellent service, very helpful with questions before purchase. I installed my remote start on 9/3/17 which was Sunday on Labor Day weekend.
