The instructions are so detailed and in layman's terms that my girlfriend said she could install it. It took me less than 2 hours and my truck was remotely starting. Excellent service Excellent service, very helpful with questions before purchase. I installed my remote start on 9/3/17 which was Sunday on Labor Day weekend. I had a question about the wiring for my 04 F350 diesel and I called for help and Derek answered. Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable.
