It started making a over start noise so I called support and talk to a man named Derick. I was never put on hold and it felt like I was talking to a friend. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to install their own alarm system.

Scam website. Buyer beware Looks like the reviews are correct. I've left several messages with them and no answer. No tracking number for my order. No communication. Reaching to PayPal to get my money back. I guess this site is a scam.
