I rented from Budget in West Palm and… I rented from Budget in West Palm and have never seen such an inept company. They told me in an email that my charges for the car were $394 and my actual bill on two CapitalOne transaction came to $442. Then they said they credited $109 to my account in February, which was a lie. When I askede them about sending me a detailed account of my charge, they never sent it despite 6-7 times I asked for it. I also asked where the $109 was they claimed they credited to my account and they always replied with their form letter. I asked for a coupon for my aggravation and that was not addressed. Don't use them! They are not transparent and basically lie...and I have their emails to prove it!!!

A bunch of scam artists This place is a fraudulent group of scam artists who lie to your face, tell you it’s one price to rent a car, then after you’ve gotten the car the charged 1500 on top of what they were already charging. Then after returning the car a week or two later they tried sending a paper saying we received a ticket in the rental car in st Augustine which the car was never even driven to or even near that city. They’re literally trying to rob people by luring you in with a rental car with what they say is affordable then start charging you repeatedly and make up charges as they go along. They will take you for all you’re worth. It’s so bad that the law needs to be involved. Their whole operation needs to be shut down and I’m going to contact whoever I have to in order to have them investigated and shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I pre paid and rented a car with budget… I pre paid and rented a car with budget got pick up tat Phoenix Arizona. It’s been 3 hours and I am still in line . First at the Budget front desk which they gave no control over. Then in the garage I waited an hour plus to get my car. Some were assigned I was not, I was given a “F” which meant, I waited in a line, with other very disgruntled people for whenever they pulled up a car. A huge line of “E” tickets came down and they all went before me. This is a terrible cluster F of a system. I will rethink Budget in the future for my rental needs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - agent @ Orlando airport wouldn't even look at our insurance - said we don't take that here - double charged us on the insurance & when we went to pick up the car (finally) - it wasn't there. Complained and they said they would refund us the difference of $750 - that was over a month ago and we've only seen $150. They don't keep notes of your call so every time you contact them you have to start all over again with your explanation. STAY AWAY
