GBNot Too Bad an Experience at Las Vegas Airport Rented at the Las Vegas airport. Had to wait in line 1 hour. They had no cars ready for pick up. As each customer talked with an agent, the agent called Service and they prepared a car for the customer. It made the process very long. We got to the spot in the garage area and found someone else there, promised a vehicle for the same spot. We got the car; we don't know how the other couple fared. Budget did not include the Customer Facility charge in our prepaid rental estimate. There is no reason for that (it is a daily rate) except it makes the rental price look less expensive than it will be. Leaving the garage and car drop off were very smooth. Do me sure to look car over before you leave the garage; as you leave you have to sign a document indicating no damage on vehicle or exactly what damage you found.

GBA bunch of scam artists This place is a fraudulent group of scam artists who lie to your face, tell you it’s one price to rent a car, then after you’ve gotten the car the charged 1500 on top of what they were already charging. Then after returning the car a week or two later they tried sending a paper saying we received a ticket in the rental car in st Augustine which the car was never even driven to or even near that city. They’re literally trying to rob people by luring you in with a rental car with what they say is affordable then start charging you repeatedly and make up charges as they go along. They will take you for all you’re worth. It’s so bad that the law needs to be involved. Their whole operation needs to be shut down and I’m going to contact whoever I have to in order to have them investigated and shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GBRented a car from Indianaoplis airport Budget here for a work trip Rented a car from here for a work trip. When returning to the airport I dropped the rental off, received my receipt after the person scanned the barcode of the car. Several days later received additional charges for well over $1,000.00. When I called up, they told me I haven't returned the car. I've now been dealing with their loss prevention people; four times I've called. The answer I keep getting is that, "We can't get a hold of anyone at the airport location." NEVER RENT FROM BUDGET

GBBudget rental car- O'Hare Chicago We rented a car for a weekend in Chicago. We flew into O'Hare and went to Budget to get our car. The agent quickly went through the additional services we could get from Budget. Several additions were put on without our consent and added $137 to our bill. The next day I called and asked for a refund I was told no! Now I know my business is worth less than $137. In the future, I'll pay more for a rental somewhere else if it means never using Budget again. because I am worth more than $137.
