Extremely poor customer service Never booking with Budget again. I was told I could travel to Austria from Switzerland with the car, and this was outlined in my contract. Budget issued me with a fine from the Austrian border authorities (plus their own additional expenses) because the car did not display the appropriate sticker to cross the border. Budget refused to take ownership and did not refund me, stating that it was my fault that the car had the incorrect sticker which makes no sense at all. Their customer service team were hopeless and just continued to reply with generic responses.

I made a reservation for a truck with… I made a reservation for a truck with Budget. Unfortunately, I had a medical issue and was able to continue with the rental. I cancelled the reservation 6 days before the rental date and was charged $50.00 to cancel. Budget does not allow for any type of reason for cancellation. Recommendation: Do not rent with Budget. Other rental agencies do not charge cancellation fees, especially if it is for a medical reason. Too many other good rental agencies.

A bunch of scam artists This place is a fraudulent group of scam artists who lie to your face, tell you it’s one price to rent a car, then after you’ve gotten the car the charged 1500 on top of what they were already charging. Then after returning the car a week or two later they tried sending a paper saying we received a ticket in the rental car in st Augustine which the car was never even driven to or even near that city. They’re literally trying to rob people by luring you in with a rental car with what they say is affordable then start charging you repeatedly and make up charges as they go along. They will take you for all you’re worth. It’s so bad that the law needs to be involved. Their whole operation needs to be shut down and I’m going to contact whoever I have to in order to have them investigated and shut down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Rented a car from Orlando International… Rented a car from Orlando International (MCO), returned car with a full tank of fuel as in the contract and they charged my credit card to re fuel the vehicle even though it was returned full. They always try to charge you for extras you don't need or didn't have and its very difficult to get your money back once they have your credit card details. Would suggest using a different company as there are several at MCO.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - agent @ Orlando airport wouldn't even look at our insurance - said we don't take that here - double charged us on the insurance & when we went to pick up the car (finally) - it wasn't there. Complained and they said they would refund us the difference of $750 - that was over a month ago and we've only seen $150. They don't keep notes of your call so every time you contact them you have to start all over again with your explanation. STAY AWAY
