Total inefficiency The most inefficient company I have ever dealt with....dealing with them for one month to get a phone installed. Waiting since October for phone installation...three appointments thus far two no shows and one the installer came but was unable to install service...in addition after being told numerous times to contact us on our cell phone they insist on texting and calling the landlord while he is at work on Wall Street trading and is very upset about all the communication coming to him rather than us. Nov 20 appt no show..Nov 27 appt no show now we have our 3rd appt for Thursday Nov 30... Six weeks to get a phone installed!!!!

Scammed by hotwire Scammed by hotwire. I was guaranteed a hotel and then got something totally different. Support didn't care at all and tried with 3 different ppl that all gave long generic responses. They even said the guarantee wording actuality means “examples” which is ridiculous.

Corporate abuse Loyal customer, the one time I messed up and accidentally booked a duplicate car rental I was told because it’s a “hot rate” no refund or credit available. Who cares what it’s called? How is it legal or ethical for a company policy to flat out steal peoples’ money?

ZERO STARS. Stole our money. Wish ZERO stars was an option. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to adjust the dates of our car rental for an out-of-state trip. Hotwire REFUSED TO HELP. Completely refused to switch our dates or refund our money. We paid over $1000 to Hotwire for a service we DID NOT receive, since our trip dates had changed. Customer service was absolutely useless. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE THIEVES!!!

ROACHES AND DIRTY LINENS at METRO PHX APTS. The reviews about METRO PHX APTS that speak about ROACHES and DIRTY LINENS and OLD TOWELS and POOR SERVICE FROM HOUSEKEEPING and LOCAL VAGRANTS and UNSAVORY LONG TERM TENANTS and rooms that need MULTIPLE REPAIRS are: ABSOLUTELY TRUE and ACCURATE. This might not be the WORST place to stay...it is without question the most UNCOMFORTABLE. Mostly because of the ROACHES and the dirty LINENS. (I went to Walmart and purchased my own pillow..pillowcase..towels and tried to sleep on the couch) Yes...the front desk staff is very friendly...NOT PROFESSIONAL. Yes..the property has a decent pool and picnic/grill area. Yes..the location is central to the airport and downtown and close to the highway. Yes...the rooms are large studio/kitchenette apt style intended for extended stays. However...staying here is almost a PUNISHMENT and HOTWIRE as well as ANY OTHER reputable travel site should be EMBARRASSED for listing this property AND sending guests here for lodging. Mostly because of the ROACHES and the OLD DIRTY LINENS and HOUSEKEEPING NOT BEING HELPFUL AT ALL. Staying at Metro PHX Apts is highly NOT! RECOMMENDED....unless you have ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER CHOICE.
