Horrible website Horrible website. Website was messed up so everything I made a reservation I never received a confirmation email and never showed under my itinerary so I assumed the bookings weren't going though which has happened in the past so I tried 2 more times and the same problem happened. Then I check my bank account and saw the transactions went through. After I contacted hotwire about the transactions they admitted that they are having problems with their website but said they can only refund me for 1 transaction of the 3. I then asked if they can move the date of the second transaction and they said they can't. So I asked them why even tho this is their fault and that they admitted to it being their fault they could not refund me money for both transactions? They said its against their policy. Never using this scam website again.

ZERO STARS. Stole our money. Wish ZERO stars was an option. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to adjust the dates of our car rental for an out-of-state trip. Hotwire REFUSED TO HELP. Completely refused to switch our dates or refund our money. We paid over $1000 to Hotwire for a service we DID NOT receive, since our trip dates had changed. Customer service was absolutely useless. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE THIEVES!!!

Use priceline.com instead of hotwire They put me in a motel and called it a 3.5 star hotel. I tried to fix it somehow with their customer service and hotwires customer service smelled worst the motel they put us in. The feces or blood drops in the bathroom was the deal breaker for us, we just left and had to pay for another hotel ourselves. Hotwire pretty much told us to take care of the scam ourselves.

My husband and I made a reservation for… My husband and I made a reservation for a car on hotwire.com for June 27th until the 29th. On the site it said book now pay later so we reserved the car on the site it asked if we needed insurance and my husband and I agreed to get it so we did. But what we didn't realize is that they took the money out of our account now it's not about the money what it is about is that they can do this to anyone. Called them and asked for the money back we needed it to buy food. They said it would take 30 days to get it back that just unacceptable. I told them they didn't wait 30 days to take the money they said that is their policy. I want to bring a class action lawsuit against hotwire.com and Allianz insurance if anyone is willing please come forward.

I booked through Hotwire and the hotel… I booked through Hotwire and the hotel was disgusting. I will never book through them ever.
