When it comes to complying with contract, SWengines will consistancy be in violation for time: processing & sending to carrier.... Invoice for payment of used Saab engine: 404231, $1195, dated Oct. 12th. I have of this date: Nov. 10th,to received my engine. Upon calling a representive via phone 11/10/22, being told; that SWengines is relieved of Liability once engine is released to Shipping Agent. I therefor, enter my negative critique of SWengines James Davenport

SW trash engines If there was a way to give them a zero star review, I would. They sent me a motor that looked like it had been sitting outside for 10 years. Replaced the plugs, coil packs and exhaust manifold studs on the engine already. Truck idles rough so I took it to a shop. They’re saying it’s most likely a bent valve in cylinder 4 and when I called about warranty they said it’s not a major component on the motor and would not be covered. This is after they hosed me on the core charge because it would, “cost too much to ship it back” so they let me keep the core without refunding me the core charge like they were doing me a favor. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I had asked to speak to a manager and was disconnected immediately when they transferred the call.

It is very sad they called the greatest… It is very sad they called the greatest inventory and gave 5 yrs warenty while they don't have the engines but gave false promises and wants to rip off your money,even after you cancelled the order they try to send you an engine they bought from other comany l just adviced you not to deal with them.lt never worth a try to do business with.

BUYER BEWARE we installed engine in a 2010 chevy silverado 5.3l lasted only a few months. we called to get it warrantied in took about two weeks for them to send another engine after install engine spun over with an internal knocking sound never cranked. cannot get anyone on the phone to resolve the situation have tried multiple times. they will not respond terrible company and customer service. we are a repair shop left holding the bag on this engine. we are going to take care of our customer, BUYER BEWARE.
