GBIt is very sad they called the greatest… It is very sad they called the greatest inventory and gave 5 yrs warenty while they don't have the engines but gave false promises and wants to rip off your money,even after you cancelled the order they try to send you an engine they bought from other comany l just adviced you not to deal with them.lt never worth a try to do business with.

GBBUYER BEWARE we installed engine in a 2010 chevy silverado 5.3l lasted only a few months. we called to get it warrantied in took about two weeks for them to send another engine after install engine spun over with an internal knocking sound never cranked. cannot get anyone on the phone to resolve the situation have tried multiple times. they will not respond terrible company and customer service. we are a repair shop left holding the bag on this engine. we are going to take care of our customer, BUYER BEWARE.

My invoice number is # 404735. SW "shipping Manager never answer any call after over four months. One of the Managers, Steve, does not even know how to delete his own cellphone voicemail it becomes impossible to get anything done if you can not get anyone to give any update. One time I spoke with Nick at shipping that he would call be back but no callback.

GBSW Engines is a JOKE My experience sounds like a common occurrence. Bought an engine, it failed catastrophically after 11,300 miles. Here begins the nightmare, long story short, the warranty process has come to a grinding halt and they’ve gone radio silent. Looking into a class action lawsuit since I see endless numbers of similar unsettled cases. These guys are rude, uneducated, incompetent criminals. They deserve to face justice. This company exists solely to rip people off!

GBDo not order from SW engines These people will say anything to get you off the phone. They shipped me a way older motor than what I was told on the website, no paperwork on how to activate the warranty, They lied about doing quality control on the engine as it was never in their possession. Having all sorts of problems with this motor. Terrible customer service, Terrible quality.
