Went with these guys because the… Went with these guys because the website promised a steam cleaned, shrink wrapped and crated, tested engine. What I got was an engine unsecured on a broken freight pallet, lying on it's side, no wrapping, intake and exhaust ports left open to the elements, dirty engine oil left in the crankcase, hole in the cast aluminum valve cover, cut hoses and harnesses, rust and grime etc. Look at the pictures.

Spoke to a manager and was so rude and disrespectful, without reciting the whole thing he was yelling at me and saying I didn't like the answers I was given when I was just asking for a little more information stil telling him I was prepared to purchase but eventually hung up... Then they proceeded to email me and call me a "looser" multiple times! LOL!! Couldn't even insault me properly spell loser correctly

They did it right !!! I read the negative reviews after purchasing the engine. I ordered a CX9 Mazda 2012 engine on Oct 5 2023, Oct 11 I was informed it had shipped, arrived at my mechanic’s shop Oct 24. It was suppose to have 63000 miles, according to my mechanic it was in good shape and he installed it. At this writing I have had no issues with the engine. For me, THEY DID IT RIGHT.

Do NOT BUY FROM THEM! FINAL UPDATE... NY STATE consumer affairs protection bureau is officially involved.....been 35 days, continue to say shipping tomorrow every day. Now I asked for refund and it has a box to check that they will keep 25%, HELL NO, I DONT THINK SO! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE Quoted 67k miles "tested" engine. NO paperwork package/proof of records. Shipped on mini pallet, sitting on used tire with one steel band wrapped in shrink wrap. Boy was I a sucker and I thought my online ordering habits were solid. One lapse in judgement wasted almost $2k. No customer service, no order details (repetitive canned responses each call). Shipping notice did arrive late via email so that was about the only positive attribute. The engine that arrived looks like it was pulled from a million mile oil bath and rolled down a concrete driveway. Valve covers were both broken, looks like head gaskets had been replaced, mix match bolts. Heavy carbon deposits in exhaust ports, debris in the intake openings. Oil pan dented, At least 1/8th inch dry gummy oil on entire top half of block, even where there should be no oil. Relatively new looking water pump. Manifold and exhaust mating surfaces scratched. BUYER BEWARE I'm cutting my losses and moving on.
