GBSW Engines is a JOKE My experience sounds like a common occurrence. Bought an engine, it failed catastrophically after 11,300 miles. Here begins the nightmare, long story short, the warranty process has come to a grinding halt and they’ve gone radio silent. Looking into a class action lawsuit since I see endless numbers of similar unsettled cases. These guys are rude, uneducated, incompetent criminals. They deserve to face justice. This company exists solely to rip people off!

GBHorrible service Horrible service! It states they accept reasonable offers but wouldn't budge a cent! Spoke to a manager and was so rude and disrespectful, without reciting the whole thing he was yelling at me and saying I didn't like the answers I was given when I was just asking for a little more information stil telling him I was prepared to purchase but eventually hung up... Then they proceeded to email me and call me a "looser" multiple times! LOL!! Couldn't even insault me properly spell loser correctly

GBBUYER BEWARE Quoted 67k miles "tested" engine. NO paperwork package/proof of records. Shipped on mini pallet, sitting on used tire with one steel band wrapped in shrink wrap. Boy was I a sucker and I thought my online ordering habits were solid. One lapse in judgement wasted almost $2k. No customer service, no order details (repetitive canned responses each call). Shipping notice did arrive late via email so that was about the only positive attribute. The engine that arrived looks like it was pulled from a million mile oil bath and rolled down a concrete driveway. Valve covers were both broken, looks like head gaskets had been replaced, mix match bolts. Heavy carbon deposits in exhaust ports, debris in the intake openings. Oil pan dented, At least 1/8th inch dry gummy oil on entire top half of block, even where there should be no oil. Relatively new looking water pump. Manifold and exhaust mating surfaces scratched. BUYER BEWARE I'm cutting my losses and moving on.

GBI ordered a Cadillac Deville engine… I ordered a Cadillac Deville engine from them on July 22, 2022 Invoice # 399116 with an estimated delivery 2 weeks later. What was delivered in early September was a worn out piece of junk. I spent 2 days cleaning it up only to find evidence of head gasket leaks and overheating and sloppy attempted repairs. When I notified them, they falsely claimed I had removed the heads which voided the warranty.
