Horrible service Horrible service! It states they accept reasonable offers but wouldn't budge a cent! Spoke to a manager and was so rude and disrespectful, without reciting the whole thing he was yelling at me and saying I didn't like the answers I was given when I was just asking for a little more information stil telling him I was prepared to purchase but eventually hung up... Then they proceeded to email me and call me a "looser" multiple times! LOL!! Couldn't even insault me properly spell loser correctly

Update# They are returning my refund I paid $1700 and Getting back $1275 $425 cancellation fee they take! I won’t give up! Already open claim with my Bank. I will call State corporate office, consumer affair protection bureau, Motor vehicle dealerboard,Loadboard etc.until get my full refund..😡

**** Be Aware**** No Professionalism… **** Be Aware**** No Professionalism at ALL**** 4 mouths no Engine I purchased Set on the 20th, 2022, and as of today, I have not received the engine. My invoice number is # 404735. SW "shipping Manager never answer any call after over four months. One of the Managers, Steve, does not even know how to delete his own cellphone voicemail it becomes impossible to get anything done if you can not get anyone to give any update. One time I spoke with Nick at shipping that he would call be back but no callback.

They did it right !!! I read the negative reviews after purchasing the engine. I ordered a CX9 Mazda 2012 engine on Oct 5 2023, Oct 11 I was informed it had shipped, arrived at my mechanic’s shop Oct 24. It was suppose to have 63000 miles, according to my mechanic it was in good shape and he installed it. At this writing I have had no issues with the engine. For me, THEY DID IT RIGHT.

Buyer Beware! Buyer beware! It's been a terrible experience trying to work with SW Engine, they sell junk product and won't answer their phone or return messages. As a small auto repair shop, we've lost at least two thousand dollars selling their junk engine to our customer. We stand behind the product we sell and we are stuck with the bill repairing their crap motor to keep our reputation.
