Don’t waste your precious time or hard earned money with this scam of a company! Customer service is a complete joke… they are either the most incompetent people or just the shadiest!! They owe me $1200 for a labor warranty claim. I may have to file a lawsuit since this shady company refuses to send my money, refuses to give any information about the owner, president, management or any contact information. I ordered a Cadillac Deville engine… I ordered a Cadillac Deville engine from them on July 22, 2022 Invoice # 399116 with an estimated delivery 2 weeks later. What was delivered in early September was a worn out piece of junk. I spent 2 days cleaning it up only to find evidence of head gasket leaks and overheating and sloppy attempted repairs. When I notified them, they falsely claimed I had removed the heads which voided the warranty.

This place is a scam This place is a scam. Sold me a used engine with 60k. The engine was totaled and had 185k on it. Told me the only way to get reimbursements for the labor was to order a replacement instead of a refund. New engine came with no information. When I called for the reimbursement, they said they can’t be cause I didn’t send in the warranty. Checked me email and they never sent one for the replacement engine. After numerous attempts at speak with a manger, I’ve come to the conclusion there isn’t one. Apparently managers are in a separate building from the people that answer the phones. When they transfer it automatically disconnects the call. Numerous requests for a manager callback. Months later I’ve never gotten a call nor an email from any manager. I’m now I. The hole $7000 because of this scam.

SW Engines is a JOKE My experience sounds like a common occurrence. Bought an engine, it failed catastrophically after 11,300 miles. Here begins the nightmare, long story short, the warranty process has come to a grinding halt and they’ve gone radio silent. Looking into a class action lawsuit since I see endless numbers of similar unsettled cases. These guys are rude, uneducated, incompetent criminals. They deserve to face justice. This company exists solely to rip people off!
