Horrible service Horrible service! It states they accept reasonable offers but wouldn't budge a cent! Spoke to a manager and was so rude and disrespectful, without reciting the whole thing he was yelling at me and saying I didn't like the answers I was given when I was just asking for a little more information stil telling him I was prepared to purchase but eventually hung up... Then they proceeded to email me and call me a "looser" multiple times! LOL!! Couldn't even insault me properly spell loser correctly

SW Engines is a JOKE My experience sounds like a common occurrence. Bought an engine, it failed catastrophically after 11,300 miles. Here begins the nightmare, long story short, the warranty process has come to a grinding halt and they’ve gone radio silent. Looking into a class action lawsuit since I see endless numbers of similar unsettled cases. These guys are rude, uneducated, incompetent criminals. They deserve to face justice. This company exists solely to rip people off!

They did it right !!! I read the negative reviews after purchasing the engine. I ordered a CX9 Mazda 2012 engine on Oct 5 2023, Oct 11 I was informed it had shipped, arrived at my mechanic’s shop Oct 24. It was suppose to have 63000 miles, according to my mechanic it was in good shape and he installed it. At this writing I have had no issues with the engine. For me, THEY DID IT RIGHT.

BUYER BEWARE we installed engine in a 2010 chevy silverado 5.3l lasted only a few months. we called to get it warrantied in took about two weeks for them to send another engine after install engine spun over with an internal knocking sound never cranked. cannot get anyone on the phone to resolve the situation have tried multiple times. they will not respond terrible company and customer service. we are a repair shop left holding the bag on this engine. we are going to take care of our customer, BUYER BEWARE.

My invoice number is # 404735. SW "shipping Manager never answer any call after over four months. One of the Managers, Steve, does not even know how to delete his own cellphone voicemail it becomes impossible to get anything done if you can not get anyone to give any update. One time I spoke with Nick at shipping that he would call be back but no callback.
