Terrible Terrible. There were so many changes that need to be made with my mobile plan to accommodate and it was packaged with the providers label on the tool. One would expect that means compatible. Product never worked and because it was not returnable, went out in the garbage.

Typical device that declines after a new device comes out It used to work when the WiFi was still an option. When Zubie and Verizon no longer offered the 4G connection, the WiFi was spotty. I was never notified of this change. When asking for assistant, customer support notified me and offered me a new device, without WiFi, free of charge for a year. It worked most of time. It is now 5 months later and it has started to lag again. It takes more than 5 minutes to register a hard brake or when I've parked my car. It registers speed bumps as hard brakes and doesn't register actual hard breaks.

Doesn't work on my any of my Toyota vehicles Doesn't work on my vehicles. Had the original one that I bought from Car Toys with Verizon as the provider. It worked on a 2004 Toyota but would not work on a 1999 Toyota. Zubie advised me there were issues with Verizon and I was switched to Zubie's monitoring service. The unit that was sent does not work on either of the vehicles now. I plan to cancel service before the next renewal since I am unable to use the unit at all. It is hard to communicate with Zubie since they are strictly email. When the unit did work for a short time I enjoyed the features after that it is 'thumbs down' for Zubie.

I would not even give one star I would not even give one star. What a waste of time and would never recommend this product to any of my insured's. (I am an agent) Each week you would get an update stating to keep up the good work, doing a great job, etc. By the end of your term, no change is considered in premium even though you drove perfect the last 6 months. When called to ask why, told me I drove past midnight twice during the 6 month trial!! Ridiculous

I sold my vehicle and it keeps charging… I sold my vehicle and it keeps charging me. I contacted service which never responds. They said I have to continue my subscription till the date and then it auto renewed. There is no way to turn this off! I tried removing my cc but could not. The service didn’t work well either it didn’t update where the vehicle was in real time.
