GBFrom the very beginning From the very beginning, our batteries were being drained, and Zubie never took an ounce of responsibility for that (a 2015 BMW, a 2015 Ford F-150 and five 2016 Ford F-150s continued to have problems the entire time until we finally pulled the devices out in January). Also, when we update maintenance, 90% of the time, the Zubie gives us incorrect mileage; that is irritating when we are trying to keep up with our records. Honestly, these devices have caused more of a headache than anything. Do your research - there are other companies that provide the same service and will willingly help you if/when you have issues with the devices.

GBThis company is horrible at follow-up This company is horrible at follow-up. Weeks of missed demos, non-responses and lack of follow-through. How can you possibly learn about the product with this type of service. Why would you even want this service if this is the customer service experience. 9/25/18 - response to Hillary- Jeff is well aware of my info and I have the emails to prove it. I reached out to him, and he asked for my availability and I responded and still have not heard back from him. The same with the original demo. He claimed he didn't have my number in an email. At that point I was already trying out Hum since the response was so delayed. I didn't like Hum so I reached back out to him and as I personally stated, he asked my availability, I gave it and never heard back.

GBAfter having Zubie for years After having Zubie for years, noticed it has gotten slower and slower. Also had a feature taken away that I used all the time. Now had a key stop working and had to wait a couple months for the 4G keys to come out before they would give me a replacement. Decided to cancel my service. Found out I canceled 30 days past the renew period so now I don't have service and they kept my money for the year. Great way to do business Zubie. I won't ever be back, and I hope other people find out how they are before signing up.

GBHonestly I thought this device would be… Honestly I thought this device would be more useful with adding automation to my automotive. The wifi could have been more robust as far as speed and availability of use. Full car monitoring would have been a great feature for full vehicle diagnostics.i have removed this device for both cars. It was a waste of money.

GBZubie not much use to me All I get from Zubie is a report on my driving (breaking too much etc.) My almost constant ON motor light gets a code, with the explanation "lean bank" which neither I nor my mechanic understands. To be fair, I want to mention that my son bought the Zubie for me, maybe he wants to check on my driving! But one thing is for sure: Zubie should explain the code better than "lean bank".
