GBThis company is horrible at follow-up This company is horrible at follow-up. Weeks of missed demos, non-responses and lack of follow-through. How can you possibly learn about the product with this type of service. Why would you even want this service if this is the customer service experience. 9/25/18 - response to Hillary- Jeff is well aware of my info and I have the emails to prove it. I reached out to him, and he asked for my availability and I responded and still have not heard back from him. The same with the original demo. He claimed he didn't have my number in an email. At that point I was already trying out Hum since the response was so delayed. I didn't like Hum so I reached back out to him and as I personally stated, he asked my availability, I gave it and never heard back.

GBI sold my vehicle and it keeps charging… I sold my vehicle and it keeps charging me. I contacted service which never responds. They said I have to continue my subscription till the date and then it auto renewed. There is no way to turn this off! I tried removing my cc but could not. The service didn’t work well either it didn’t update where the vehicle was in real time.

GBTerrible Terrible. There were so many changes that need to be made with my mobile plan to accommodate and it was packaged with the providers label on the tool. One would expect that means compatible. Product never worked and because it was not returnable, went out in the garbage.

GBAfter having Zubie for years After having Zubie for years, noticed it has gotten slower and slower. Also had a feature taken away that I used all the time. Now had a key stop working and had to wait a couple months for the 4G keys to come out before they would give me a replacement. Decided to cancel my service. Found out I canceled 30 days past the renew period so now I don't have service and they kept my money for the year. Great way to do business Zubie. I won't ever be back, and I hope other people find out how they are before signing up.

GBI returned this device after a week due… I returned this device after a week due to poor customer service and never being able to resolve my problem with the device. I also asked to be removed from their email list and I’m still receiving messages.
