GBI would not even give one star I would not even give one star. What a waste of time and would never recommend this product to any of my insured's. (I am an agent) Each week you would get an update stating to keep up the good work, doing a great job, etc. By the end of your term, no change is considered in premium even though you drove perfect the last 6 months. When called to ask why, told me I drove past midnight twice during the 6 month trial!! Ridiculous

GBFrom the very beginning From the very beginning, our batteries were being drained, and Zubie never took an ounce of responsibility for that (a 2015 BMW, a 2015 Ford F-150 and five 2016 Ford F-150s continued to have problems the entire time until we finally pulled the devices out in January). Also, when we update maintenance, 90% of the time, the Zubie gives us incorrect mileage; that is irritating when we are trying to keep up with our records. Honestly, these devices have caused more of a headache than anything. Do your research - there are other companies that provide the same service and will willingly help you if/when you have issues with the devices.

GBDoesn't work on my any of my Toyota vehicles Doesn't work on my vehicles. Had the original one that I bought from Car Toys with Verizon as the provider. It worked on a 2004 Toyota but would not work on a 1999 Toyota. Zubie advised me there were issues with Verizon and I was switched to Zubie's monitoring service. The unit that was sent does not work on either of the vehicles now. I plan to cancel service before the next renewal since I am unable to use the unit at all. It is hard to communicate with Zubie since they are strictly email. When the unit did work for a short time I enjoyed the features after that it is 'thumbs down' for Zubie.

GBWas useless Was useless. I tested it in my car and in spite of having a heavy duty battery and newer car, Zubie continually ran down the battery. The unit has been a paperweight since then. Complete waste of money.

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. Hotspot disconnects every 5 minutes to the point of it being unusable. Support blames Verizon, says its a known issue. Meanwhile still charges me every month and refuses to entertain a refund. This is after having me try out 4 + different devices. The should not charge for the service until they fix it. I should cancel, but I need "some" connectivity and this was the only Verizon option. Do not buy the hotspot, it simply doesn't work.
