After 7 weeks of charging me for rims I… After 7 weeks of charging me for rims I just got a notification of my order canceled! I had spoken to someone 3 times on my shipment and they always had an excuse and today it was discontinued leaving me hanging without my refund oh wait … another 5 business days . Sad sad irate I have to start over with another company of course. I would never pre pay again!

Intentionally Incompetent This company has no intention of getting it right. Their "customer service" number has one or two people (at most) handling calls. The email doesn't work, and parts are not being shipped. I cannot believe anyone with a pulse would not see how badly this companuy is being run.

great experience great experience. I didn't know much about wheels and tires for my new truck and there local store people were very nice and explained to me how the fitments and sizes worked and they got everything installed in 1 day

TJ Soft top replacement...Santa Ana, CA I purchased a TJ softtop replacement from 4WheelParts a very long time ago. I've tried calling several times but I get someone on the phone I just get put on hold almost automatically. I'll never never buy anything from these people again!

Ordered tires, THEN read reviews I ordered a set of tires and wheels online, then I read the reviews here. I thought I made a poor choice, but the wheels arrived in 4 days and the tires arrived in 6 days. No complaints here. I'd order form them again because their prices are hard to beat.
