GBDamaged Battery delivered- unsecured packaging. Had a very expensive battery delivered last wk- it was not secure in a very weak/thin box, not secured at all, with just paper on the bottom. (No fragile sticker) So of course it was damaged. I have not been able to contact anyone from the company! Ive gotten one email response, asking for pics. No return shipping label, and unable to get anyone on the phone! I filed claims with 4WD and also UPS. No luck yet! Still waiting! Horrible!

GBExpert Advice and Caring Attitude! I had my 1st experience with 4WD. Ordered several items online to pick up at my local store in WPB, FL. As a first time Jeep owner i had many questions and concerns and they made me feel comfortable, took their time to answer all my questions and even when i screwed up my install, THEY called the manufacturer and got me replacement parts without question or hassle. I had them inspect my full suspension system and they provided HONEST feedback, gave me options and went over and above for me. KUDOS to ALL the FOLKS AT WPB 4WD store!!!!

GBThis outfit uses several names, all bad service This outfit uses several names. One employee said eleven different websites. 4WP.com is the clue. If you have problems, call sales. If customer service ever answers emails or phones it would only be beyond your patience. My parts are four weeks and holding. Cannot get answers. I finally called Rockhard direct and ordered there. I will deal with refunds later. I hope!

GBOrdered but got the run around Ordered and paid from them then received a notice that the item wasn't in stock. I was given an estimated delivery but that came and went. Order with caution as they don't necessarily have the items in stock but they'll gladly take your money. When I called customer service they argued with me over their sales process. If you need something ASAP then DON'T order from them. They are a 3rd party company and don't care about you as a customer. If give ZERO stars if that was an option.

GBThey sent me an incomplete Jeep Top They sent me an incomplete Jeep Top. It was clearly a customer return (dirty, no manual, and none of the hardware.) Phone rep wouldn't send proactive replacement, so I told her to just refund and I'd buy elsewhere. Her response..."Matters not to me." I own a business with a customer service department. I just can't imagine.
