Total joke Total joke, they advertise their ubolts as coated in gold iridite, then they show up as raw steel and have different hardware. They sent me 4 leaf springs that looked like they had been dragged behind a truck scratched to hell. Two days and hours of waiting on hold and multiple chats online they basically said to just send everything back. No resolution, no apology and no effort to fix anything. These idiots cost me a couple weeks on my build and wasted multiple hours of my time. This company is poorly run and a complete joke. I was about to drop about $5k with these guys but I'll never order another item.

Unprofessional. Ordered something a week ago finally called to see what was going on. The coustomer service representative was so rude I decided to cancel. His reply was to say something rude before hanging up on me mid sentence. Buyer beware this company doesn't care about your business and will treat you like your the problem. I'll never do business with them again period.

stay away Same as the other reivewers. they take your money. never ship. I was told ships today doesnt mean ships today. customer service is a complete joke and plan to spend an hour or two dialing around, getting tranferred and hung up on before you get a human who wont help you anyway. My suggestion is to call around and buy from a place where live people are easily available to help

They sent me an incomplete Jeep Top They sent me an incomplete Jeep Top. It was clearly a customer return (dirty, no manual, and none of the hardware.) Phone rep wouldn't send proactive replacement, so I told her to just refund and I'd buy elsewhere. Her response..."Matters not to me." I own a business with a customer service department. I just can't imagine.

BEWARE! ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL SHYSTERS! Just here to post another one of many NEGATIVE reviews on this wretched company! They routinely advertise products as being "in-stock", which are NOT, and then after charging your credit card through PayPal, they notify you the next day that they don't actually have the item(s), nor do they even know when they will! Devious, stoned-cold criminals! They should be reported as the fraudulent shysters that they are, to the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorneys General of all 50 states.
