GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 rims and realized they were not going to fit correct. Emailed within 24 hours to switch order. No response. Tried to cancel with no response. Contacted them 8+ times and never got a response. Rims were shipped 1 month later and they refuse to return them. Actually, they refuse to even answer any email or phone call. Do not buy from this business.

GBBEWARE! ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL SHYSTERS! Just here to post another one of many NEGATIVE reviews on this wretched company! They routinely advertise products as being "in-stock", which are NOT, and then after charging your credit card through PayPal, they notify you the next day that they don't actually have the item(s), nor do they even know when they will! Devious, stoned-cold criminals! They should be reported as the fraudulent shysters that they are, to the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorneys General of all 50 states.

GBThey sent me an incomplete Jeep Top They sent me an incomplete Jeep Top. It was clearly a customer return (dirty, no manual, and none of the hardware.) Phone rep wouldn't send proactive replacement, so I told her to just refund and I'd buy elsewhere. Her response..."Matters not to me." I own a business with a customer service department. I just can't imagine.

GBUnprofessional. Ordered something a week ago finally called to see what was going on. The coustomer service representative was so rude I decided to cancel. His reply was to say something rude before hanging up on me mid sentence. Buyer beware this company doesn't care about your business and will treat you like your the problem. I'll never do business with them again period.

GBLack of info on a partial order shipment My order consisted of shocks and stabilizer kit. I had to schedule a shop time for my Jeep, that fell outside the 3-5 day delivery period. I got my partial order under five days, but they shorted me one of the parts. I never got any kind of update about the delay online. So now I'm stuck paying shop time for a partial installation, with an additional cost of another shop visit. Not much sympathy offered from 4WD, like overnighting the part at their cost. They wanted me to pay for it. Obviously I would never had put myself in this position with the shop if I had complete info. wow
