GBHorrible Customer Service and… Horrible Customer Service and inaccurate information on their website. Ordered a Axle Shaft for my Dana 35c on my daily. Listed as the passenger side with the correct length and press in studs. Sent me the drivers side at the wrong length with screw in studs. Stuck using the shaft and my break drum doesn't fit over my brakes as i cannot afford to spend more money on another shaft that they screwed up in the first place.

GBThey sent me an incomplete Jeep Top They sent me an incomplete Jeep Top. It was clearly a customer return (dirty, no manual, and none of the hardware.) Phone rep wouldn't send proactive replacement, so I told her to just refund and I'd buy elsewhere. Her response..."Matters not to me." I own a business with a customer service department. I just can't imagine.

GBLack of info on a partial order shipment My order consisted of shocks and stabilizer kit. I had to schedule a shop time for my Jeep, that fell outside the 3-5 day delivery period. I got my partial order under five days, but they shorted me one of the parts. I never got any kind of update about the delay online. So now I'm stuck paying shop time for a partial installation, with an additional cost of another shop visit. Not much sympathy offered from 4WD, like overnighting the part at their cost. They wanted me to pay for it. Obviously I would never had put myself in this position with the shop if I had complete info. wow

GBHorrible service I ordered a Poison Spyder JK Brawler lite front bumper for my jeep. The picture of the item is NOT what I received. The company refused to help me pay to ship the incorrect item back stating it was my fault for not understanding the description of the item. I expected to get what the picture showed that I ordered from. I will never order from this company again. Completely ruined my Christmas surprise to my husband.

GBstay away Same as the other reivewers. they take your money. never ship. I was told ships today doesnt mean ships today. customer service is a complete joke and plan to spend an hour or two dialing around, getting tranferred and hung up on before you get a human who wont help you anyway. My suggestion is to call around and buy from a place where live people are easily available to help
