Total joke Total joke, they advertise their ubolts as coated in gold iridite, then they show up as raw steel and have different hardware. They sent me 4 leaf springs that looked like they had been dragged behind a truck scratched to hell. Two days and hours of waiting on hold and multiple chats online they basically said to just send everything back. No resolution, no apology and no effort to fix anything. These idiots cost me a couple weeks on my build and wasted multiple hours of my time. This company is poorly run and a complete joke. I was about to drop about $5k with these guys but I'll never order another item.

Horrible Customer Service and… Horrible Customer Service and inaccurate information on their website. Ordered a Axle Shaft for my Dana 35c on my daily. Listed as the passenger side with the correct length and press in studs. Sent me the drivers side at the wrong length with screw in studs. Stuck using the shaft and my break drum doesn't fit over my brakes as i cannot afford to spend more money on another shaft that they screwed up in the first place.

stay away Same as the other reivewers. they take your money. never ship. I was told ships today doesnt mean ships today. customer service is a complete joke and plan to spend an hour or two dialing around, getting tranferred and hung up on before you get a human who wont help you anyway. My suggestion is to call around and buy from a place where live people are easily available to help

Ordered a part Ordered a part a month ago. Still not shipped. Company will not respond to my request to cancel an order that has not been shipped. Unable to contact anyone through their customer service number. Called the nearest store and was told the regional manager would contact me. No response. This company is run by two stoned teenagers. They are out to screw you. Do not do business with this company.

Unable to accurately fill an order As a follow up to my previous review of May 29, I finally received the replacement parts today. After 33 days from my initial order, the parts they sent me were AGAIN black instead of stainless, identical to the ones I returned for being black. Apparently, they are too incompetent to fill an order accurately. As previously stated, I will never do business with them again.
