This company is a scam This company is a scam. It took what seemed like forever to receive product. Only after relentless calling and emailing I was able to reach someone via chat. I was told that the order was delayed due to manufacturing issues, so I told them I wanted to cancel. Oddly enough I received the product the following week. However, the part that received did not work on my jeep, so multiple attempts via phone/ email were made in order to receive the correct parts. No response was ever received. This company is a scam. The only thing I recommend about them is for people to stay far far away.

BEWARE! ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL SHYSTERS! Just here to post another one of many NEGATIVE reviews on this wretched company! They routinely advertise products as being "in-stock", which are NOT, and then after charging your credit card through PayPal, they notify you the next day that they don't actually have the item(s), nor do they even know when they will! Devious, stoned-cold criminals! They should be reported as the fraudulent shysters that they are, to the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorneys General of all 50 states.

Garbage Garbage. Product arrived sun damaged and looked like it had been left behind the shop for a year or two. Due to weak customer service support and not being able to find a resolution, had to return at my own expense to avoid losing more on restocking fees.

Horrible service I ordered a Poison Spyder JK Brawler lite front bumper for my jeep. The picture of the item is NOT what I received. The company refused to help me pay to ship the incorrect item back stating it was my fault for not understanding the description of the item. I expected to get what the picture showed that I ordered from. I will never order from this company again. Completely ruined my Christmas surprise to my husband.

Expert Advice and Caring Attitude! I had my 1st experience with 4WD. Ordered several items online to pick up at my local store in WPB, FL. As a first time Jeep owner i had many questions and concerns and they made me feel comfortable, took their time to answer all my questions and even when i screwed up my install, THEY called the manufacturer and got me replacement parts without question or hassle. I had them inspect my full suspension system and they provided HONEST feedback, gave me options and went over and above for me. KUDOS to ALL the FOLKS AT WPB 4WD store!!!!
