GBHorrible Customer Service and… Horrible Customer Service and inaccurate information on their website. Ordered a Axle Shaft for my Dana 35c on my daily. Listed as the passenger side with the correct length and press in studs. Sent me the drivers side at the wrong length with screw in studs. Stuck using the shaft and my break drum doesn't fit over my brakes as i cannot afford to spend more money on another shaft that they screwed up in the first place.

GBHorrible service I ordered a Poison Spyder JK Brawler lite front bumper for my jeep. The picture of the item is NOT what I received. The company refused to help me pay to ship the incorrect item back stating it was my fault for not understanding the description of the item. I expected to get what the picture showed that I ordered from. I will never order from this company again. Completely ruined my Christmas surprise to my husband.

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 rims and realized they were not going to fit correct. Emailed within 24 hours to switch order. No response. Tried to cancel with no response. Contacted them 8+ times and never got a response. Rims were shipped 1 month later and they refuse to return them. Actually, they refuse to even answer any email or phone call. Do not buy from this business.

GBDamaged Battery delivered- unsecured packaging. Had a very expensive battery delivered last wk- it was not secure in a very weak/thin box, not secured at all, with just paper on the bottom. (No fragile sticker) So of course it was damaged. I have not been able to contact anyone from the company! Ive gotten one email response, asking for pics. No return shipping label, and unable to get anyone on the phone! I filed claims with 4WD and also UPS. No luck yet! Still waiting! Horrible!

GBDon’t buy anything that you want this… Don’t buy anything that you want this company to stand behind. Purchased a three-year warranty that died at 18 months. Sent them 5 separate emails via their “contact us” page, then spent 3 1/2 hours on hold hoping to get a person on the line. No luck with phone call, and never received a response to ANY of my emails. Their service doesn’t just suck, it’s non existent.
